Welcomed with a drink and someone took our cases to our rooms Then it all went Down hill from then Room was described by the receptionist the best room in the hotel Mattresses were so uncomfortable could feel every spring, dirty Mattress protectors Sheets/ towels were meant to be white they were yellow as they were so old, one even had blood on. Rugs down each side of bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Bathroom didn't have attachment for the shower head to hold to, the bath had been resiliconed around the edge serval times and they dirt sat in top cracked tiles & floor tiles. The place smelt like sewage. No Air-Con as they turned it off apparently Restaurant One Row of food, spaghetti bolognaise Every night, Fish with there Eyes still in, some mince slop Some sort of Potatoes & chicken kebab meat with Breads Desserts same 5 cakes every night & day fruit Apple or orange Plates wasn't washed properly still had grease on and all chipped Bar had plastic cups and was collected from tables stacked together and run under the water. Female toilet had a bucket/ Bin in the middle of the room as there was a leak from the ceiling. We had to buy new bedding, sheets & pillow cases & cups to drink out & food Nothing to do within the hotel, in rainy days everyone sat in the lobby looking miserable( and I don't blame them) This place was the pitts reminded me off a YMCA Hostel LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for advising this hotel. Maybe you need to do your research before advising again. Also the staff members beg u to make a good review and the entertainment Guy wanted us to do it in front of him.

One of my best holidays Had the best time, beautiful hotel, very clean. Food was amazing but the staff, made my holiday. I made two friends for life tendresse and smiler Went in January the weather was really lovely. The outside pool was closed but the indoor pool, made up for it, it was beautifully warm

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, brought my daughter for her birthday and it’s was so disappointing, she wasn’t able to eat any of the food due to them not catering internationally only surviving the culture foods. My daughter had now gone 3 days without a proper meal.Due to be all inclusive with snacks and ice cream throughout the day yet had to pay for everything. The bed were so hard my daughter ended up sleeping a her lido with a blanket, lack of towels for the amount of people in the rooms, cockroaches in the bathroom and in the bath. Play area was extremely unsafe due to metel sticking out of swing chain causing a child cut there hand open Only good part of the hotel was the inside pool. Will be getting my money back. We have now come home and my daughter is severe ill

The respituon us slow making everyone wait a long period of time for a room, In the kitchen there os not many options food is cold and notary choices, pool is very bug but has no heating so it's freezing, no music it's extremely quiet can only here people shouting, animation are amazing and very supportive yasun and hanin are very talented thank you hanin

Very welcoming and friendly. Rooms ok, beds a little uncomfortable. Entertainment is amazing had so much fun. Fermi animation, amazing with guests and children Thank you to all the staff for the best holiday. Great memories made Will visit again soon.
