Welcomed with a drink and someone took our cases to our rooms Then it all went Down hill from then Room was described by the receptionist the best room in the hotel Mattresses were so uncomfortable could feel every spring, dirty Mattress protectors Sheets/ towels were meant to be white they were yellow as they were so old, one even had blood on. Rugs down each side of bed were dirty and had hair all over them. Bathroom didn't have attachment for the shower head to hold to, the bath had been resiliconed around the edge serval times and they dirt sat in top cracked tiles & floor tiles. The place smelt like sewage. No Air-Con as they turned it off apparently Restaurant One Row of food, spaghetti bolognaise Every night, Fish with there Eyes still in, some mince slop Some sort of Potatoes & chicken kebab meat with Breads Desserts same 5 cakes every night & day fruit Apple or orange Plates wasn't washed properly still had grease on and all chipped Bar had plastic cups and was collected from tables stacked together and run under the water. Female toilet had a bucket/ Bin in the middle of the room as there was a leak from the ceiling. We had to buy new bedding, sheets & pillow cases & cups to drink out & food Nothing to do within the hotel, in rainy days everyone sat in the lobby looking miserable( and I don't blame them) This place was the pitts reminded me off a YMCA Hostel LOVE HOLIDAYS shame on you for advising this hotel. Maybe you need to do your research before advising again. Also the staff members beg u to make a good review and the entertainment Guy wanted us to do it in front of him.

I don't recomand. See the pictures! The hair drier doesen't works ( I asked for repair, nothing. ,,Near,, the hotel was a disco club. Every night you heared the music For the food was necessary to wait a lot of time! The room view war teribile! The water way warm, vreu nice. The sad war white and fin.

##WARNING## Soo disappointed in this hotel. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There were visible stains on the carpet, bedding and the bathroom fixtures had not been adequately sanitized. There is not mini-fridge in the room with temperature reaching 31-32, storing cold drinks would have been ideal. The advertisement on the LOVE HOLIDAY website Is INCORRECT, false advertisement on LOVE HOLIDAY. breakfast, lunch & dinner were severely lacking in variety and quality , I felt misled and disappointed. Several issues with the hotel staff. On one occasion, I requested additional towels, Their answer was that NO MORE TOWELS. The front desk staff were also unhelpful and dismissive when I brought up my concerns, which made the situation even more frustrating. We booked the hotel all-inclusive. See some issues below: * No AC in the hotelbas it's only available from the 15th of June. I had to buy a table fan. * The showerhead has a stain & dirty * The rooms are damp and mouldly, not ideall as my kids have asthma *The corridor doesn't have lights so I have to use my mobile flashlight. * Carpet is dirty. No one cleans it during the day The representative from LOVE HOLIDAY was not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this hotel & waste your money.

HORRIFIC! It was the worst experience I have ever been through!! Management: Rude to their guests, with an attitude problem and terrible management skills, and not willing to help at all. Staff: They did not speak any English and couldn't understand anything you said to them. They served my daughter alcohol instead of Sprite and were fist-fighting in the kitchen. They were short-staffed, with only one person at the bar during meal times serving the whole hotel. They were refilling water bottles to serve the guests. The Love Holidays rep also did not help at all and kept stringing us along. Rooms: There was no AC, fan in the bathroom, ventilation, chair, or sufficient lighting! The balcony was so dark it was scary and filled with bugs, couldn't sleep with the doors open. There was also no mini fridge or kettle. The room was full of mosquitoes, flies, lizards and cockroaches. Bathroom hygiene was extremely poor. The taps were running yellow water that smelt of sewage. One of the bedrooms was severely damp; the air was thick, which caused an asthma attack in my child. Food: For the seven days we were there, the same food was served: two fruits every day and dry bread. Nothing was served for their international guests, and there were no flavours and long queues for fresh food. General: You have to pay guest tax on arrival, a deposit for pool towels, and a deposit to use the safe. The spa had no appointments, only 2 out of 10 guests got to book a massage! I had to wait 30 minutes for my massage after making the appointment. The hallways to the back bedrooms were very dark , insufficient lighting, the kids were scared, we had to use our mobile flashlight. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very nice smiley is very nice the bar amazing food great the people all nice activity’s very good the bar a a variety of fantastic drink to offer they are all very nice and welcoming .the rooms a very nice clean on arrival they have good hospitality
