Hotel very clean and staff super friendly the biggest let down were the bathrooms which desperately need a revamp. Food very monotonous but good quality. Best thing was a guy called Adel in the gift shop who took us on a trip to Sousse but we met up every day to chat and ask advice on many subjects. Very helpful and lovely man, shop was very well stocked and if he didn't have it he would get it for you next day.

I stayed at this hotel with my family. The food is great plenty of choice. The rooms are nice and cleaners do a great job. However there is a massive downside to this hotel. The animation team, there is nothing for the kids to do during the day. They are more interested in flirting with young girls, some the age of 13!! We saw the male animators on multiple occasions spending their evening with different women . Be careful if you want to bring your young children here. We had a chilled holiday but will unfortunately not stay here again.

We booked this hotel as a last minute holiday somewhat sceptical after reading some of the reviews but I can honestly say we was pleasantly surprised!! Both my children loved it the staff go above and beyond for you and are so friendly, Ahmed and adel in the hotel shop are amazing and provided us with a trip in to sousse which was a great day out!! Captain Jimmy had a verity of trips and activities to do and will always make sure you’re happy, Saad from the spa is so lovely and will provide you with massages facials ect… The waiters and the bar staff are also great! One particular person for us was Salah he always got us a table ready with our little bubbas high chair really made meal times easier! Talking about food for us it was ok and there was loads of traditional Tunisian food if your the type of person who goes abroad and expects a full English and chicken nuggets this place isn’t for you. The only down side to this hotel is that it needs an update the rooms are a little dated and some tiles around the pool etc but it is lovely and clean overall! Also something we wasn’t expecting was the water slides are only available a couple of times a day for an hour at a time but when your there you can understand why as there is only one pool so it gives everyone a chance to enjoy! Overall I would recommend this hotel and do believe that it will get updated ect in time and become a really popular hotel!
