Very dated, run down hotel. In need of modernisation. Staff friendly and very hard working but under staffed and lack of resources like plates, glasses, forks, clean tables etc which impacts the guest experience. Definitely not 4 star. Bad points Pool area: Broken tiles, broken fountain, broken grills surrounding the pool. Mud everywhere from grass area. Broken door locks on toilets. Pool area is dangerous, particularly the flooring in the broken fountain area, numerous kids walking across the flooring would slip and bang their head and chin on the floor. Saw lots of kids getting first aid from the lifeguard treating their cuts. An older gentleman fell and badly hurt his shoulder. Management aware of the danger but nothing done to address the problem. Pool Bars You get tiny paper cups in the day for water and soft drinks, literally 4 sips and the drink is gone, not great after queuing so long and in the heat!. All soft drinks are warm as they’re not kept in fridge. Always ran out of glasses for alcoholic beverages. Long queues, with certain nationalities constantly pushing in the front of the queues and being very rude to other guests. Pool Toilets Broken locks on doors, holes in doors, which guests have stuffed with toilet roll so people can’t see in the cubicle. Lots of toilet roll holders broke so toilet roll gets put on floor and gets dirty/socking wet. Nothing to dry your hands on after washing. Restaurant Not enough staff, plates, cutlery, glasses, which made everyone snatch in a frenzy when fresh plates, cutlery etc came out of the kitchen. You either get to the restaurant as soon as it opens and have to deal with everyone pushing and shoving you, racing for tables, food jumping in the queues but then at least you get a clean table or go later on during the service when it’s quieter and less queues however you won’t get a clean table as nothing gets wiped down. They just shake the food off the table all over the floor and you end up sitting at a dirty table, it’s disgusting. Again certain nations constantly push in the queue and literally snatch the serving tongs out your hands to get their food. Never experienced anything like it. As soon as something comes out the kitchen it was a frenzy and the item was all gone in 20 seconds. Kitchen work really hard and foot tasted ok but greedy guest piling plates high and then leaving most of it on the table means food ran out very quickly. Not enough staff for the amount of tables/guests, so a lot of the times we had to clear the table of plates ourselves to have a clear table sit and eat at. So we ate in the la cart restaurant as much as we could to avoid the buffet main restaurant, in the la cart restaurant you got sat down at a clean table and got served your food and drinks to your table. Not a queue or pushing elbow in sight! Rooms: we had a fairly modern room for the sleeping area however the bathroom was very dated. We had hundreds of ants for the first two nights however the hot

Amazing hotel located next to the airport and metro was close as well what was really helpful as well all the attractions are great and the stuff is fantastic White ,Zoa ,Sagon and Sunny were always nice helpful and took great care of us ! Food at the restaurant had good quality, Definitely recommend to spend time with a family! We would gladly come back !
