Пробыл здесь 2 недели. Из предлагаемыхв в Момбаса вариантов отель хороший. Шведский стол хоть и скудный, но есть.
Из минусов тараканы в номере. Ремонт номеров хорошо бы обновить.
Hounted by the noise from the club bellow, dirty room and unfriendly staff. Had asked the receptionist to place me away from the noice bt upon not being able to sleep I woke and went down to request for room move from 3rd floor moved to 5th floor. The second room the AC din't work and had a foul smell as if someone had just left the room and was hurriedly given to me.. I checked out even having paid for the night. I'd rather would have slept on a street bench.

The price is NOT worth what they provide. The 'VIP' room on 6th floor had a microwave that was nasty and smelly, they said they have no access to kitchen to get hot water for my elderly parents who don't like using a microwave. The seats in the living area have stains, and they said that there is no gas for the table top gas cooker. All requests were unfulfilled! NO should never be an option as a hotel. In our room on third floor, there was no hot water. Upon asking the F/D she said she will call maintenance. An hour later I called and she said that he had sorted the issue, but did not call to tell me. While I understand the skeleton crew, the basic amenities should be provided, like 2 towels for a double occupancy, and follow through. Also charging more for 2 beds ( double occupancy) is superfluous and not an industry standard. The front desk should stop talking about increased fees, while not providing basic amenities, nor following up on request. A hotel operates 24 hours, and thus needs access to kitchen as there are guests who need food or beverages at night. There was also loud music from next door that caused us not to sleep well, as it was loud even past midnight. Basic maintenance should be done, just as they are increasing their price. Very disappointed with my trip this time.
