自駕經過漠河，需要給車做個保養，人也需要休整，於是訂了兩晚算當地最好酒店了，硬件來講對標某住會的某居，但服務真的不太行。 我們訂的是兩面窗的河景大床房，近700一晚。入住時，前台幫我們辦手續時，我們跟前台確認是否是兩面有窗的，但前台還是堅持給了我們一面窗的，説讓我們去看一下，不滿意再換，我們上樓看了當然不符合我們預期的，再打電話，然後再派人來送鑰匙，我不理解為什麼不能直接給我們。 第二天中午出門前跟前台説希望把我們房間打掃一下，前台滿口答應，但二個多小時回來後並沒打掃好，過了一會來了服務員，我們衹要求換下毛巾和垃圾袋，然後跟服務員説可否多給點水，我們打算休息並泡茶喝，一個服務員要向另一個服務員請示才不情不願地多給了兩瓶。問題是第一天入住時電梯口的桌上擺滿了水，回來就沒有了，至少表示水不是那麼限量的吧。 作為一個新酒店，洗澡水很不行，既沒壓力又沒温度，衹開熱水並開到最大，水也是極其温吞的。 早餐一般，還過得去。

這是我見過的最貼心最舒適的家庭自營酒店。和品牌與商業酒店不同，這家小兩口經營的酒店充滿了温馨和人情味道，乾淨整潔的程度堪比星級酒店。雖然不提供早餐，但是有洗衣服務，和亞朵如家一樣幫助顧客烘乾和晾衣。酒店有超大的露台，可以早起晚上欣賞日出和日落。另外全屋智能化也是兩點 這也是很多私人酒店所不具備的。 酒店位於別墅區，對面就是漠河體育中心和美食一條街。前台貼滿了温馨提示和美食介紹，在漠河待了四天三晚，都是主家小姐姐介紹的美食，沒有一次讓我們失望，長者孩子直抱怨每天美食太多吃的太多。現在漠河白天很曬晚上涼快，但是在小姐姐幫助下每天都有乾淨的衣服穿。長者孩子在前台都是有求必應，還貼心給孩子長者按照實際情況調整房間，根本不會拿訂單當藉口。這比很多正規的酒店更有温度。強烈推薦這家酒店，來了絕對不會失望的。
