"Our third experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. While the first and second visit had been fine, this time it was super terrible. The mini-fridge in our room wasn't working we reported it and they claimed to have fixed it, but when we returned at night the fridge wasn't cooling at all. so our beer didn't get cold. Then around 2 AM as we were trying to sleep, there was an irritating noise that kept us awake we had actually reported this issue earlier in the evening but they had ignored it. Around 4 AM frustrated, we requested a room change. They provided another room, but it had a dirty bedsheet, and the AC wasn't working either. When we called them to check, they said the AC was running but it wasn’t We ended up spending the entire night without AC and couldn't sleep at all .,..overall very bad experience. When we asked to speak to the manager at checkout, the receptionist said the manager was on leave and there wasn't a single senior staff member present... zero customer satisfaction."

"Property is neat & clean as its newly built.24 hrs hot & cold water supply is available There are majorly 2 drawbacks of this property.Firstly there is no proper lift. Secondly the rooms are not at all silent rooms.As the hotel rooms are built on a commercial complex from first floor onwards...there is too much disturbance & noise in the rooms from roadside area all night & commercial market.They should install noise proof windows & noise proof bedroom doors. Service is ok ok. Location is very good.Very near to "Mohali walk Mall"& fortis hospital Mainly property is meant for attendants of fortis hospital. or u can say its a bed & bath property. pricing is very reasonable. staff is very cooperative polite & courteous. Bed linen quality is very poor as they don't change it frequently until unless u remind them again & again.They install used linen with hairs sticking on them of the previous users."
