房間還行，就是入住體驗較差！
為什麼這麼説呢，主要體現在前台人員的酒店接待服務意識較差！
情況是這樣的，我是連續入住兩天，在第二天晚上外面酒局回來後，就到前台刷卡（因為續住所以要刷卡），當時由於酒後比較口渴，房間每天配送的兩瓶純凈水已經喝完了（本人平時本來喝水就比較厲害），特此向前台詢問再要兩瓶水，但是不給我！
當時前台人員不在前台，衹有保安大哥在大廳，保安大哥幫忙給我刷的卡，我問保安大哥要的水。
他給我刷了卡之後就跑到儲物間要給我拿水，結果呢！前台人員在儲物間休息，她説了客房每天的兩瓶水已經配送，不再給了！
我覺得呢，我第二天續房，都沒有要求打擾衞生，沒有要求補洗漱用品，這都已經讓酒店省力省物了嗎？為什麼我要求再拿兩瓶水就不行了呢？
反正我覺得我都沒有過分要求服務了，就要兩瓶水，結果兩瓶水都不給我
在此！要表揚保安大哥的熱情服務！差評前台人員的服務以及的小格局心理。

酒店離高速路口近，到城裡也不遠，自駕住這裏很方便，有地下停車庫可免費停車，如果停外面路邊會被收費。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，床品不錯，晚上安靜好睡。

房間乾淨衞生 晚上比較安靜 周圍吃飯的地方比較多 傈僳梯田也不錯 美中不足的是 春節期間沒有早餐供應

房間大，很乾凈，空調和熱水都很好，停車有免費的地下停車場，就在酒店旁邊。出門前在前台掃碼即可。怕吵的朋友要住樓上，一樓有過路的路人的聲音。

有地下停車場，停車方便，房間布草都乾淨衞生，看着也算整潔，細節衞生一般，馬桶墊圈的下面很多黃漬，馬桶下水口也黃黃的，性價比一般。出了電梯門口的公共區域有垃圾堆積。細節衞生做的不乾淨，可惜了老闆的裝修

接待人員和老闆非常熱情，帶着長者不想爬樓，非常貼心的升級了一樓大套的雙床房，很乾凈，床很好睡，衞生間洗漱池堵塞也馬上就解決了，推薦了吃飯和遊玩的點，離大理古城步行400米左右，夜晚逛逛很舒服。隔音差點，早上被早起的客人拉動行李箱的聲音吵醒，總體來説，觀感不錯。
