Hotel in zona Small Park for picnic, Mittenwald

At a rate of EUR 220+ per night, we expected a calm, well-maintained, scenic and professional hotel experience. Unfortunately, we found neither. Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes which are unlocked at an extra charge of EUR 30 (we did not opt for this). The (locked-in) old kitchenette fridge kept us awake all of our first night. Staff acknowledged the poor state of this equipment and admitted several guests had complained about this noise before us. Thankfully they turned the fridge off for our second night. But why was this on in the first place when we had not booked the kitchenette extra? We came for Alp calm - not noise of an old fridge we did not even have access to. Hotel facilities were old - all of it - all dated from when constructed (early or mid 70s?). Wall-to-wall carpets in room. Our roomed smelled of old cigarette smoke. We were tempted by beautiful looking photos of the hotel where balconies had unspoiled views of the Alps. Unfortunately our room was dark and had no view whatsoever - expect for a few trees and a railway track that had trains spoiling the tranquility we came for. Website photos for not live up to expectations! Waiters repeatedly did not take our requests seriously, whether we asked for frites to be replaced by potatoes, chicken to be added to our the vegetarian dish (waiter shrugged this request off, before eventually accepting for an extra charge), or forgetting to prop up our breakfast table (no butter on day one, no yoghurt on day two - all paid for). English skills also questionable. Aargh - for this price we expected so much more - this was unfortunately a disappointing stay for us. This is a pity because the hotel location is good and the place has some good potential if owners would only pay to maintain the place.

Acqua pulita e gratuita fornita. Il personale del banco è stato così gentile e mi ha aiutato a trovare il mio portafoglio smarrito. Era un peccato che l'acqua perdesse a poco a poco anche quando la vasca era nella vasca, ma avere solo una vasca era una buona cosa. suggerimento

Hotel stupendo. Si mangia benissimo - sembra un ristorante stellato. Piscina enorme. La stanza spaziosa è molto pulita come tutto l’albergo. Complimenti allo staff. Persone di quali non scorderò … staff reception super gentile! Nella ristorazione Tibor grande 👍🏻 una persona molto dolce e attenta! Julietta è stata la mia Trainer nella vacanza - organizza vari lezioni sport fantastiche ! Pilates, aeróbic con pesi, acqua gym e morning running - wooow non avevo mai fatto prima. Mi sono divertita tantissimo. Molto professionale! Tornerei solo per Lei di nuovo a fare tutte queste lezioni di sport ! Grazie 🙏🏻 per questa esperienza. Vuoto 10 per questo hotel!

Stimmiges Konzept von der Außen-/Innenarchitektur bis zum Personal, das sehr aufmerksam, höflich und freundlich agierte. Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof, alle Zimmer zum Bahnhofplatz ausgerichtet, ein Genuss, als Deutsche die absolute Pünktlichkeit der Züge bei Ankunft und Abfahrt zu beobachten... ;-) Ach so, sehr gutes Frühstück mit allen Kaffee-Spezialitäten in entspannter Atmosphäre...und: Die Sauna-Anlage nebst Dachterasse sind einzig

Questo è un decente hotel 4-star situato a Garmisch. E 'stato a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. C'era un negozio di kebab e un ristorante di ghiaccio vicino e oltre. Dm negozio di droghe, supermercati e altri ristoranti sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Il colazione era di stile buffet. Ci sono stati un paio di persone a colazione e sono stati sorprendenti. Vogliono sapere che tipo di caffè e uova ti piace per il giorno, e il loro servizio era veloce e gentile. Le scelte di cibo erano più che sufficienti, con croissant e rulli, tostapane disponibile, salmone fumato, una vasta gamma di dispersioni, ham, formaggio, succhi di frutta, verdura, cereali, latte/latte macinato/latte di soia/latte di avena, più di 10 tipi di tè....... 4-5 pm è tempo del tè. La stanza è elegante e spaziosa, che ti fa sentire tranquillo e a casa, con qualche musica di calma di sfondo. Puoi leggere i documenti o scegliere un libro dall'albero lì. C'era anche una piccola piscina, vapore e sauna, che erano tutti piacevoli e rilassanti, esp se piovesse e freddo in qualche giorno. La mia stanza ha un balcone che si trova sulle montagne, ed è stato spettacolare e stupendo godere di questa vista al mattino e alla doccia. Il personale era amichevole e utile, e ogni giorno c’era un gentiluomo in camicia e abbigliamento (che si è fatto male alla gamba e indossava ortodossi e crostature per lavorare) che mostrava eccezionale gentilezza e passione nel suo lavoro. Offertava aiuto e molte suggerimenti spontaneamente ogni volta che ho chiesto domande e mi ha detto: “Ecco perché sono qui!”

Grande posizione sulle periferie della città, ma facilmente camminata dalla stazione in estate/autunno, solo essere consapevoli del cammino un passo aperto verso l'ingresso - c'è un'alternativa! La cena era meravigliosa - grande varietà nel buffet colazione e cena. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, vi rendevano così benvenuti. Alla parte posteriore dell'hotel ci sono tracce con favolosa vista di Zugspitze e Alpspitze; potete anche camminare per la vecchia bob sleigh. Ci siamo davvero divertiti e saremmo felici di tornare.

nous avons séjourné 2 jours dans l hôtel. Le restaurant nous ayant convaincu de passer une nuit supplémentaire. L hotel en lui même est très joli avec du vitrail et du bois, vraiment ”authentique”. La chambre confortable avec du bois et un style désué tres sympathique. Le gros point faible c'est la salle de bain, qui pour le coup, le côté desue devient péjoratif. Laissant au départ un gros apriori, mais en y regardant de plus près elle était très propre. Les toilettes sont très basses et la douche tres étroite... mais bon on s y fait..conclusion : hotel qui semble hors du temps, l personnels chaleureux et ambiance familiale, restaurant vraiment très agréable avec des plats autrichiens tres bons et copieux, même avec un bébé
