Featuring free private parking, the 2-star campground is 15 miles from Grandfather Mountain. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the campground's outdoor fireplace, or simply kick back and relax.
There's also a well-equipped kitchen in some units equipped with an oven, a microwave, and a fridge.
A mini-market is available at the campground.

This campground is one of my favorites ever. Wooded, quiet and great bathroom setup - there's a bank of individual bathrooms with showers plus a large laundry room with commercial appliances. They sell firewood and ice just as cheap as local gas stations/grocery. I was on a primitive tent site - plenty big for a large tent with space to park, sit around the fire pit with room to spare. Also close to lots of hiking, state/national parks, Blue Ridge Parkway, etc. Not a bad drive to Boone.

The best Campground ever, my family and I really enjoyed. Thanks to Marla and Kenny for provide such great service, taking care every detail and make us feel like VIP customers, once again look for this campground because it is near to many other attractions.

This is my second time within a month of returning to this hidden gem. I LOVE their primitive camping spots down below nestled in the trees. It’s so peaceful and clean. Their bathrooms are amazing, a power shower! The owners are wonderful, so kind with smile on their faces. I like to disconnect from the real world. While you can camp up above and have power, I like to turn it off and enjoy the serenity it provides. My daughter and I are already homesick and look to return for more than a couple of nights next time around. They have gained us as extended family!

Wonderful weekend as always for our family. We had a total of 14 people and the accommodations were perfect for us. This was our fifth year and we are already planning our sixth. Marla and Kenny are the best hosts you could ask for and do everything possible to make it a fun and memorable vacation.

Beautiful campground. The owners take obvious care and pride in this campground. Our site was great and the facilities clean. Owners were in the store for check in until 8pm which is rare in our experience. I had good cell service at our site. Would definitely stay there again.

I've been staying at this site when I'm close by the last five years, it never disappoints, great place to disconnect and spend quality time, for those who love nature, the Linville Falls are about a 3 minute drive. I highly recommend it .

Great campground, accommodating friendly owners, clean restroom/showers, well stocked camp store, nice quite well maintained facility, looking forward to staying there again! You’re very close to several small towns (Spruce Pine, Newland) with nice restaurants/stores.

A great experience! The hosts/owners were wonderful and helpful. The restrooms/showers were a solid 10/10 - well kept and clean! Sealed trash cans for every site! A nice and quiet campground with a great launching point to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We will be back!

Cabins and campground are kept very clean. (The cabin beds had good mattresses). The camp shop was well stocked and easily accessible. Overall, we enjoyed a nice, quiet midweek stay at Linville Falls Campground in late August. If we should head along the Blue Ridge Parkway again, we would definitely consider staying here once more!
