Hotel in zona Puntod Island, Misamis Oriental

Ci piace che la stanza sia spaziosa, ma ci disturbava quando l'aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente e era così rumorosa con gravi vibrazioni come se ci fossero parti libere all'interno. Abbiamo chiamato il dipartimento frontale sotto il nome di Joshua per chiedere se l'operatore potesse controllarlo, ma un'ora dopo, nessun operatore è venuto a controllare l'AC. Siamo resistiti al ariacondizionata rumoroso e abbiamo cercato di capire che forse erano occupati. Abbiamo ordinato un po'di riso per il nostro pasto, ma ancora una volta, 30 minuti sono passati fino a quando non abbiamo finito il pasto.

Quando si soggiorna, è la colazione di autobus, e il risultato è che la piscina è una persona per persona. You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’ sono quasi 11:00 a causa di voli ritardati e la guardia non ci lascia entrare perché non abbiamo il numero della stanza e il nome dei proprietari dell'unità, non mi aspettavo che perché pensavo ci fosse un discorso frontale che ci ospitava quando arrivammo lì e solo mostrano il nostro La prenotazione di informazioni e tutto questo, ma è completamente diverso. E così, è il momento che chiamiamo il proprietario dell'unità per farli sapere che siamo li' divertenti ma considerando il tempo che abbiamo controllato in penso che sia bello e considerato, e ancora una volta ho pensato che fosse parcheggio gratuito perché questo è quello che dice il viaggio haha ma non è, perché il proprietario chiede le tasse di parcheggio e quindi noi le paghiamo di nuovo, ma quello che mi piace di questo posto è che hanno utensili da cucina, quindi è davvero fantastico se si pensa di comprare e cucinare cibo per voi/famiglie mentre resta lì per un paio di giorni e per aggiungere, ci sono anche letti e coperchi extra, e sopra tutto è un bel posto.

Very happy with our stay, staff very approachable and helpful, nice pool and gym. Breakfast was decent without being overwhelming. Nice rook and very comfy bed. Looking forward to out next stay here.

Limketkai Luxe Hotel ha una buona posizione tra SM e Limketkai / Robinson Mall. Le camere sono ordinate, non troppo grandi, con una bella vista. La TV e anche il wifi funzionavano molto bene (quindi questa volta ho potuto caricare il mio giornale senza problemi). Le strutture sono limitate a causa della rigida interpretazione dei protocolli CV19. La piscina è pronta per l'uso, ma non è consentito utilizzarla. Stessa cosa con la palestra. ma soprattutto mi manca l'ottima qualità della colazione a buffet, quindi il rapporto qualità prezzo sarà ok, dopo che le restrizioni non saranno più valide. La guardia controlla ogni volta esattamente tutti i miei bagagli (perché non è permesso portare cibo/bevande in camera senza pagare extra); questo è un po' divertente (diverso da Seda, dove puoi portare quello che vuoi).

The hotel has always provided clean, comfortable rooms with the staff friendly and helpful at all times. Food is great at banquets/meetings, although breakfast is very limited. Internet is reliable. The location is also superb! No need to worry to get your gastronmy fix even at late night with a convenient store just outside the hotel door.

Location is good, its in the downtown area of CDO. The room is clean and has a cold aircon. Though there's no netflix for the TV and the sink does not easily drain, overall, the experience is very good.

The Great: all the staff are very accommodating, helpful, and salute you by holding their hand over their heart. The staff really tries hard. Great common area environment. Great pool. Excellent maintenance. When I was running late, and breakfast buffet was closing, the restaurant called my room to see if I wanted to eat; They kept the buffet open for me. You don't find service like that everywhere. The Good: safe in room; mattresses a little hard but okay; shampoo, lotion, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, extra TP roll included; phone in room and bathroom; hangers in closet; refrigerator in room; bottled water, coffee and tea supplies in room. Only one grounded outlet in the room, but was at the desk, so was able to plug grounded computer outlet in. I was not able to verify outlet near sink was GFCI protected. Bidet. Western style toilet; entire room and bathroom were clean. I was happy that even though I hadn't used both bottles of water before house keeping came, they added 2 more bottles per day. As everywhere in PH, don't drink the tap water. The Bad: The room was a little sp**** and lacked the high-quality aesthetic and art that the common areas have. There were no hand towels or washcloths. The TV did not work (I did not contact Front Desk to resolve the issue, but I am sure they would have). Shower handset needs updating. Tip: Don't trust GPS to get you here -- Google Maps has road names wrong. Trust your driver. Call and book directly with the hotel to get discount rates-- not available on agoda, or CapitalOne Travel, etc. I would have extended my stay, but they were fully book the next days. I will definitely be back! Note to management: to become 4-star, improve mattresses, improve room asthetic, improve AC on 3rd floor common area, improve shower area and include wash cloth and hand towels.
