Mi ha colpito il direttore di alto calibro dell'impianto, Omar Shahin, e il direttore del desk front, Mena, che ha dimostrato eccezionali competenze per affrontare le preoccupazioni che abbiamo sollevato riguardo alla stanza che ci è stata assegnata. "We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona) The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt) The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea) The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah. The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place. Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests. There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests. The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love. The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks."
