Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte sapendo già, conoscendo la catena Ibis Budget, che la camera sarebbe stata essenziale. Il problema è stato l'odore di fumo nella camera non fumatori. Mi sono rivolta alla ragazza della reception che, senza salire in camera, mi ha risposto "No adesso non c'è più" quindi devo dedurre che prima di noi abbiano venduto la camera come fumatori?? Alla mia insistenza la sua risposta per risolvere la situazione è stata "apri la finestra". Abbastanza comodo come posizione, lo consiglio sperando troviate altro personale ad accogliervi!

The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor ******* had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! Otherwise everything was fine.

Very good shape of hotel. Superbly comfortable beds and good and recent, separate bathroom. Staff friendly, hotel very clean and well located. One of the best value for money Ibis Budgets I ever stayed in.

Excellent hôtel. Chambre très propre, fonctionnelle, idéalement calme. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Accueil très sympathique. Parking pratique. Chambre propre. Occupants de l’hôtel bruyants. Nous avons passé deux nuits à l’ibis Budget d’Aubenas, nous dormions au 2e étage dans une chambre familiale, Malheureusement plusieurs enfants (apparemment installés à l’hôtel avec leur famille pour une longue période ?? CF photo) se promènent seuls à toute heure, courent et claquent les portes de leurs chambres en criant... jusque minuit la 1ere nuit, jusque 1h du matin la seconde nuit.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel , nous avons été extrêmement déçus de la propreté de la chambre . Le ménage n’a clairement pas été fait . Des papiers de partout sur le sol de la chambre , de l’urine sous la lunette des toilettes . Nous nous attendons pas à un service royal mais un minimum de ménage . Nous irons dans un bb hôtel là prochaines fois .
