Premier Inn Ramsgate (Manston Airport)

Here on Business, really useful location. Nice rooms, no issue. Service really good - esp the Bar Man in the pub. Breakfast ample and plentyful. Will stay here again for sure, Parking is good. Look forward to my next stay here. rooms clean and tidy, bathroom all ok, no issues

We were very surprised by how nice the hotel and room was. Well designed. The staff were great. The only thing that we did not like was that we had a sealed window. We like to have the option to open if necessary (stuffiness or heat). But that’s a personal preference. We would stay at the hotel again.

We had many unexpected issues, as our stays at Premier Inn have usually been quite satisfactory. Our room had to be changed after the first night, due to many failings. The main complaint was a strange smell in our room, which Premier Inn thought might be an air conditioning unit leak.

Excellent facilities for Wheelchair accessible needs. Spotless room and wetroom, helpful staff. Would highly recommend. Plenty of grab rails in excellent large wet room. Staff very helpful. Food good, plenty of parking and electric charging points on site.

I need an accessible room and have often found that hotels’ equipment is poorly or unthoughtfully installed, not so at this Premier Inn. Actually designed and installed by people who know what they are doing, getting the small things right makes all the difference. Why not 5 stars ? The tantrum inducing amusement arcade ‘crane’ right in the middle of the restaurant loses that last star.

This should deserve 5 stars. The staff are great. The latest refurb looks lovely. But I can only assume whoever designed it doesn't actually ever use premier inn... the fixed desks have gone replaced by a handy table. But it's no where near a socket if you wanted to work. The small movable bedside tables have gone and only one side of the bed has anywhere to put things. If you need glasses where do you put them? A glass of water for bed? A hot drink in bed. Fine if you're alone, but not for a couple. I'm on night three here and I'm still stunned that I'm using my cooler box as a bedside table do I don't have to put my glasses on the floor! Restaurant closed one night due to staff shortages, which was frustrating as we'd just driven from the local retail park with loads of restaurants before finding out. Staff are great, though.
