Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Minneapolis

La posizione è buona e l'interno della stanza sembra decente. Il personale è gentile. Tuttavia, il nostro letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale standard è molto rigido. Non riesco a dormire comodamente la notte. Ho visto la recensione su google con qualcuno dell'hotel che diceva che è possibile richiedere un topper morbido. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto al personale e lo hanno fatto, ma non ce n'è. Deluso per un 4 stelle per avere un letto scomodo. Il letto in 2 stelle è più comodo ed è anche in una camera matrimoniale standard. Molto probabilmente non tornerà mai più perché la cosa più importante nel soggiornare in hotel è la comodità del letto. Non voglio rischiare di dover dormire in un letto scomodo per qualche notte.

Andò a fare conferenze commerciali. Il personale era amichevole. L'hotel era pulito. Era in una posizione centrale nel centro della città. Non avevamo problemi mentre eravamo li'. Prenoterai qui di nuovo.

L'ingresso al parcheggio è direttamente attraverso la strada dall'Hyatt e l'area può essere afflitta da entrare o uscire. Pensavo che l'ambiente in camera fosse pulito e la matrice non fosse troppo depressa. Guardavo nel frigorifero e trovavo un cestino di cibo sul pavimento superiore del frigorifero. All'interno c'era un vecchio biscotti di formaggio di barbabietola, l'ho gettato e poi cominciò a sentire l'odore. Ho seduto il cesto di spazzatura nella strada fuori dalla mia porta.

Stayed here the past week with my Nephew celebrating his high school graduation. We had a fantastic time in the city and were a quick walking distance to Target Field and the Target Center. The Twins were in town all week so we attended three of their games. We also went to the Vikings preseason game vs the Raiders, which was also within walking distance. Tonight we went to the Lynx game at the Target Center vs the Mystics. BEWARE if parking in the attached parking garage! The one plastered with all the signs that say “Marriott Parking.” Apparently they aren’t affiliated with the garage. I was told tonight by the manager that their contract ended 4 months ago. I guess that is not enough time for the garage OR the Marriott to take down all of the signs saying “Marriott Parking.” I guess it also isn’t enough time for the Marriott to train their front desk staff on the fact that they should no longer instruct guests to park there anymore since the contract for the affiliation no longer exists. I can’t help but feel like it's a flat out lie. If your affiliation with another business ended FOUR MONTHS ago, then either party would have ensured by now that all signs advertising the affiliation would be taken down. I have been grossly overcharged multiple times during our stay for parking in the attached garage. The Marriott manager wants no part of helping me, accepts no responsibility for me being told to park there, and offered absolutely no assistance in helping me contact the garage or secure a refund for the overcharges. The front desk attendant I first spoke to about it called “the manager” who was allegedly in his car driving on his way home. He made some incorrect statements to “the manager” and neglected to correct himself when I pointed out what he said was not correct. When the call ended I asked for the manager's business card. The front desk attendant went “out back” to get one for me and came back with “the manager.” When I asked if this was the manager that was just on the phone driving home, I was informed this was a “different” manager. Why in the world would he have called a manager who wasn’t working when there was a manager on duty and IN the hotel? Why was this on duty manager not the one contacted in the first place? I definitely feel like there was some shady business being pulled. I've never had a situation handled like this at a hotel before. So just beware that even though there are about 20 signs in the garage that say “Marriott Parking”, and the front desk staff may tell you to park in the attached garage, that is NOT actually Marriott Parking and if you get overcharged or have any issues in or with the garage labeled as “Marriott Parking”, Marriott will give you the brush off and NOT assist you with said issue. Nice service, decent amount of entertainment (air hockey, AI golfs), convenient transportation, relatively cheap foods around, excellent experience!

It was a good experience! Everything was clean and taken care of. The gym was the MOST AMAZING GYM I have ever seen at a hotel! It had everything I needed. The indoor pool was really nice! I loved the flavored water at the front desk. The lobby was super cozy and had a really elegant fireplace. It was a really easy walk over to the convention center. I would def stay again.

This is a great hotel in a great location! We were here for a Twins Game, hosting clients. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially the front office manager Romar! He went above and beyond to help us and gave us an area where we could get client collateral together (we had to stuff 60 bags!) Housekeeping was so good, my room was exceptionally clean. Restaurant was good too. I highly recommend!

Here’s the email I sent to the hotel manager, Brendan Mangan. He subsequently decided to ignore it. Brendan, I’m a Marriott Bonvoy member and my stay at the Westin Minneapolis was the worst experience I have had with any Marriott hotel. Below is a list of issues that occurred; the worst of which was the shower issue. I would like to hear back from you about how to remedy this. While showering, the shower head had a leak that shot over the shower curtain and into the main bathroom. By the time I finished my shower and opened the shower curtain, the entire counter had a layer of water, the floor had a layer of water, and my toiletry bag was soaked and ruined. I had to dry the counter, floor, and my items…making me late for a meeting. I requested it to be fixed when I left in the morning and it was not fixed when I returned at 7pm. I was too tired to move rooms that late or have a worker in my room so I went through the whole thing during my shower the next morning. I had to change rooms that night. Other issues that occurred: Some Food / drink items on the menu were not available TV in the room did not work. The screen had color bars, no picture. I learned of your construction upon check in. I’d like to know this when making my booking decision My stay at your hotel was an awful experience and I would like to hear how you plan to remedy this.

La Renaissance ha fatto un grande lavoro ospitando una grande conferenza medica. Servizio e cibo supera le aspettative. La Grecia Santana nella sala concierge è stato un piacere per tutti i suoi ospiti. Era molto occupata, ma sempre rispondeva alle richieste degli ospiti e era così piacevole.
