Our log cabin home features two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft, and 2.5 baths, with lots of gathering space for family and friends. Our home is just a short walk to a secluded and stunning stretch of the Gold Waters of the Rio Grande River. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during the 4th of July or Christmas/New Year's holiday). This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance.
