The service and food was excellent, made the whole experience here amazing. Only downside was that the room facilities were a bit lacking but I guess that's what you get for a traditional style ryokan. Would recommend!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Yamamizuki. I wish I had stay for another night. Service from everyone there was heartwarming. Room was clean and spacious. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Not to mention the huge open air onsen was the best of all. The onsen was by the creek. Be careful the temperature was quite high. They have English speaking staff. Only one little thing. There seemed to be a shortage of towels (?). I accidentally got my large bath towel wet and would like to exchange another one. However, I was told to hang the towel dry because each guest can only have one bath towel. I just thought hotels in general have lots of towels. It’s not a big deal though. I’d suggest to bring at least one of your own large bath towels to Kurokawa Onsen. I believe this is one of the best onsens in Kurokawa. I’d love to come again during autumn!

Amazing stay! All staffs are super friendly, always giving me some help. Incredible hot springs & meals. Also you can use Miyama Sansou’s hot spring because it is sister ryokan of Yamamizuki. Very traditional and well equipped ryokan. Highly recommend.

房間很大，窗外就是小溪，位置不在小鎮，在山上，一定要預訂接送，離巴士站有一點遠，晚餐豐富，早餐簡單，用餐不在房間裏，但也是單獨一間，温泉舒服，適合休閑度假

一直都聽説山水木很好，但不知道居然這麼好。 環境：山水木不在黑川温泉小鎮裏，是在附近比較幽靜的山裡。 房間設定：雖然我們訂的房間沒有私湯，但房間很大：有客廳、有可以連接藍牙的電視、有泡茶室；既有現代的床、也有榻榻米。 温泉：因為是同一個老闆，山水木的住客可以去與這家旅館不到100米的深山山莊泡湯。對於露天温泉而言，我們覺得山水木的露天風景比深山山莊更好，除了樹木，還可以看到不遠處的小溪。 温泉裏的水有白色絮絮，是高質量的温泉。泡完後我和朋友幾天的疲憊都少了很多。 服務：工作人員的服務也非常好。在我們到達黑川温泉的前一天，我們預約了山水木的接送服務。在我們到達時，工作人員就幫我們提行李、開車帶我們去山水木。除此外，工作人員還問我們訂了幾點從黑川温泉返程，在得知我們還沒安排好後，工作人員建議我們趕緊預約返程巴士，還幫我們打電話預約。 餐食：每道菜都有對應的介紹，再加上配備不同的餐具，吃起來很有儀式感。飯菜的分量不小，我是一個飯量正常的人，在吃到倒數的幾道菜後就有點飽了。但是是好吃的。

房間圖片和實際房間不符…雖然攜程後續有道歉解決，但這個情況還是很不爽…選了照片是帶有私湯，結果沒有…説是代理酒店亂貼…我選的房型就是沒有的… 不知道後續會不會改進，但如果訂房，一定一定要和攜程反覆確認房間式樣！ 酒店有兩位中文工作人員，態度很好…講解到位…推薦我們去了姐妹店泡澡，免費的哈～説環境更好（就在隔壁…）建議大家去那裡泡澡…環境好，（圖中湯泉都是姐妹店哈）洗浴地方水大，護膚品好…山水木洗澡的地方有點冷…還看到了蟑螂… 早餐晚餐都不錯…兩天不重樣

精緻，周到，非常安靜，私密性很好。服務人員都很友好、專業，有班車接送，冬天看雪泡温泉♨️，周邊風景很美，不愧是有名的温泉小鎮。雖然路途遠，但有直達的巴士，時間安排好，是非常值得去的。推薦！

這個價格的酒店，房間裏面好幾個地方都有昆蟲屍體。不知道怎麼打掃的。

酒店非常值得，工作人員很熱情！很幸運地既看到了初雪又看到了楓葉，真的很美。之後下雪的時候一定要再來一次連住兩晚。 晚餐和早餐確實不算好吃，但很飽，撐得不行，如果自駕的話我就不選擇晚餐了，衹選早餐就好了。 酒店是包接送的，需要提前聯繫，可以從巴士站或者像我一樣報的一日團從大巴停車場接，導遊會幫你打電話聯繫的，或者直接讓攜程客服聯繫，攜程服務還是很好的，雖然比其他平台貴一點

山水木室外確實很美 比較遺憾的是攜程提供的c型房並不是官網的c型房 私湯有差異 另外料理味道確實一般 期待下次再會
