Lots of snow in winter for skiing at Peekn Peak or The Wilderness Lodge just a few miles down the road. Our own property is also great for snowshoeing and xc skiing. Summer is equally blessed. The home is located on a large private one-acre lot, plenty of space for family fun and games. 6 person hot tub on rear patio, fire pits available dockside and behind the home. Large driveway with plenty of parkng for several vehicles A fully equipped, updated kitchen with full size gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker bean grinder, food processor, blender, toaster, microwave, etc.The great room has comfortable seating, a large flat screen smart tv with high speed internet, and a large dining table with seating up to 10 and beautiful lake views from the wall of windows. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with two queen beds (room for an additional cot if needed) and one with two full size beds. There is a bonus room with gas fireplace, twin daybed with twin trundle, flat screen tv, and a full glass garage door that can be opened in summer for a great indoor/outdoor gathering room. A full size bath on the second floor with the bedrooms and a full size bath on main level just off the bonus room. Also laundry with full size washer and dryer.
