The fireplace in the lobby was very nice. A little trouble checking in-clerk couldn't find where I had paid for parking until later in the evening.

Location, ease of entry and exit, valet parking was a huge help in the bitter cold, desk gave us suggestions

Quick stay of one night. No complaints. The place was clean although slightly dated. Location was good. Didn't use the breakfast or valet.

I had a fantastic New Year's stay at the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations, and the affordability made it even more enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

The staff was very personable and helpful. Beautiful restored building. Big room.

There was some confusion as we had requested a handicap-accessible room but ended up with a bathtub which was hard to access.

The hotel is fine, but I’d rate it a 5/6. The hotel itself is pretty and a good location. We were in town for a wedding and arrived to the hotel at 4:30 with a rehearsal dinner starting at 5 pm. Our room was not ready, and no one seemed to know why. We tried the restaurant one time during our stay but a chicken Caesar salad, and soup took 45 minutes so we never returned. There seems to be staff at the hotel (always 3 or 4 at the front desk) but no one seemed interested in actually servicing guests. The valet service took 30 minutes as well. By our checkout day, we had no clean towels or toilet paper left, this was for 3 people. We had a great weekend but when it came to service of any sort at this hotel, it was very disappointing.

Room needs to be updated. Stained carpet. Not a luxury accommodation. Staff was very friendly.

Can’t say enough about this hotel. We came in for a concert at SummerFest on a Friday evening. The parking valet service was quick and less expensive than the festival parking lots. The registration desk employees were very helpful.

Very clean. Room was very spacious. Early check in was superb. Didn't like the fact of the price going up $200 due to Summerfest. Would come back at regular prices!

Nice hotel for a very reasonable price in downtown area

We had just checked in, however we had tried to use our room key to get into our room and it wouldn’t work. So we went downstairs and get new keys. The new keys don’t work as well. The front desk calls the engineer to fix the issue. The engineer was extremely nice, but it took 45 minutes to fix the issue with 3 engineers working on the issue. Wasn’t the best start to our short stay.

The staff when I checked in, was incredibly friendly and helpful with getting me settled in. The property is quite nice with relatively new renovations a very good restaurant adjacent to the lobby as well as other amenities. It’s also very centrally located. My second time staying there and I will be staying again.
