Hotel in zona Ernest Spaights Plaza, Milwaukee

La stanza è buona, il parcheggio è inconveniente, il canone è ingiustificato, si consiglia di parcheggiare vicino al parcheggio più economico!

L'hotel è arrivato a mezzogiorno e ha organizzato un soggiorno anticipato. Ero fortunato a trovare la stanza accanto alla sala fitness. Questa mezzanotte, qualcuno non può morire. Ha conservato il bagaglio e aspettato di cambiare la stanza dopo le tre. Infine, è cambiato a tre livelli. Sono stati abili a mezzogiorno alle sei del mattino. Il suono del corpo non può dormire. La sala fitness dell'hotel e la sala ospite sono ancora aperti 24 ore e non capisco che gli ultimi due giorni siano finalmente passati a sette piani per risolvere il problema del rumore della sala fitness

Recently stayed at the Journeyman Hotel for two nights during a visit to Milwaukee with a friend. The room itself and the facilities were very nice, though the service experience was inconsistent. Upon check-in I was told that I received a room upgrade, but it was exactly the King premium room I booked. Luckily it was street facing, but had two small windows rather than the large window shown in room pics (and the better natural light that I had hoped for). I received a text from the front desk to ask how everything was with the room, and I asked whether it was possible to move to a higher floor or different room with larger window. Was told that none were available. Interestingly, my friend had booked a regular King room but somehow was double upgraded to a King spa room, even though we were both eligible for upgrades. He also received some gummi bears and pretzel snacks in his room, while mine had none. Even so, the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the quality of the bath products and the Frette sheets. I ordered breakfast at Tre Dita one morning and the portion was extremely generous, though the server failed to explain that regular coffee was actually free when I ordered; there’s a coffee/tea stand in front of the counter at the entrance for hotel guests. We also had drinks one night at the rooftop bar, but was told the free drink tickets we received only covered $15 and would not allow us to use them on $16 drinks even if we covered the difference. It didn’t make much sense since we had three drink vouchers and all of the drinks collectively added up to less than $45. I booked and prepaid my reservations through the Capital One portal and since the Journeyman was part of the Lifestyle Collection of hotels I also received a $50 hotel credit for each night that could be used at the in house restaurants. I made sure to use the $100 credit, but during my stay I already received alerts of pending charges to my credit card for incidentals and room charges. Upon check-out, I confirmed with front desk that any room charges were covered by my credits so that I would have a zero balance. The hotel was busy that morning as there seemed to be a wedding reception event, so the woman at the front desk (who introduced herself as the hotel manager Katie Neufeld) assured me that my balance was zero and that she would have a receipt emailed to me later. Two days later, I discovered several additional pending charges from the hotel: 295.43, 75.00, 285.64, 194.00, and 75.00. Of those 370.44 actually posted, which prompted a phone call to the hotel to clarify. At first I was told they were legitimate charges made to my room, then informed that they included the actual room charges before I explained that the rooms were prepaid when I made the reservations in August…with different credit cards!! It’s not reassuring to know that random charges can be posted on my bill without a complete explanation. In the end everything was sorted out and charges were revers

Andammo lì per il festival di kite Wild Subaru a Milwauree e ci albergavamo in questo hotel. Molto bella camera e super comoda letto enorme. Un piccolo bar e ristorante. Una bella piscina all'interno. Parcheggio ampi. L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto, ovviamente, ma anche a diversi ristoranti intorno.A differenza di molti hotel che usano covid come scusa per non fornire servizi (e prezzi di risalita), questo hotel offre una pulizia giornaliera.

Grande hotel più nuovo a Wauwatosa vicino a Froedert. Le camere sono enormi con decorazione pulita e moderna. Il personale è il più amichevole che abbia mai incontrato, soprattutto la giovane donna che lavora nella zona del colazione. Il colazione complimentare stesso era molto meglio della media, con la crema di pecora, omeletti, waffles, molte frutta, bagagli, ecc. Gli unici negativi: la porta congelata nel bagno ha consentito troppo luce, in cui gli altri potrebbero disturbare a dormire nel secondo letto; il forno di doccia era difficile da scoprire - le istruzioni di funzionamento. L'ingresso non sembra un hotel a tutti i livelli -- piccola, porta laterale.Penso che questo nuovo arredamento sia più economico, ma mi mancano gli alberghi reali con un lobby ornamentale, ecc. Il Pfister, questo non è.Molti cemento intorno -- Blue Mound Road è occupato. Potrebbe usare un po'di paesaggio per softenere le cose.

Molto eccellente hotel per soggiornare in e molto pulito anche le camere sono al di là delle aspettative per il prezzo Io consiglierei loro molto a chiunque

La piscina era fuori servizio. Mi dispiaceva del ”restaurante in loco”, che era essenzialmente un negozio di sandwich. La colazione era media, niente di speciale.

L'ambiente è buono, il personale è molto amichevole.Il colazione è incluso, ci sono molti panini, waffle, yogurt, latte, frutta, ecc.Ci sono due ristoranti sul lato, la cena può essere lì, circa $30, e sono caratterizzati.

We booked this hotel so we could go to a Brewers game and only booked for one night. But as we arrived my husband had a heart attack and had to be hospitalized for a couple of days. Brianna was amazing and checked on us. She gave us recommendations and honored our requests and silly questions. She even held our room so that we wouldn’t have to move rooms or hotels. The place was clean including the pool and fitness area. The breakfast was great and had lots of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel. 👍👍
