There was no restaurant on site and nowhere to eat local arrived Sunday evening after a 3-hour drive and had to order a takeaway in my room, I was not informed that the bar and restaurant was close beforehand. The room (115) was very tired there was no toilet tissue the dressing table was dirty the headboard on the bed was stained and the carpet was stained. Breakfast was OK. I stayed for 2 nights and was glad to leave not worth the money. Needs a full refurb.

booked three rooms one double one triple and one family, there was only one double bed in the family room and this was at 20.00. my sons children had to wait for this to be resolved before they could go to bed one child is just two. simply not good enough. also wasn't informed that the adjacent pub was closed hence the reason we stayed out until 20.00. really really poor.

The accommodation was good as always with a great night's sleep. Chelsea was an excellent breakfast host, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. It is a shame that the restaurant linked to the hotel was closed for refurbishment.

AVOID! On parking we noticed, active rodent movement around the bins three metres from the building. On checking in we found our room to be overlooking the bins and over 10 rats running freely under our bedroom window! Room was poor condition and smelt. On speaking to staff they admitted they have rat infestation! We immediately left! Note staff were super friendly but hotel should be closed!

This premier inn is excellent. The room quiet,clean and comfortable and with ample hot water The staff friendly and helpful , especially Grace and Tiff, and the in house breakfast was excellent. The surroundings were pleasant and pleasingly free from litter and rubbish unlike the Premier Inn in Dover which we visited in September. That Premier Inn was ok in itself but the surroundings were SO littered and spoiled with rubbish that I wrote to you and commented on it. It might not have been your rubbish and litter but it was your business which it reflected so badly on and I suggested that you should lead from the front and tidy it up I was disappointed but not surprised to receive no feedback from Premier Inns. Milton Keynes was the complete opposite...well done.

Awful - room just ok. Did not feel safe as a lone female traveller on business. Safety chain for the door broken off, door just about locked, room ok but damp. Room noisey can hear neighbours especially those above waking around and flushing chains. Honestly I thought premier inns were more or less sound proof! Never ever again. £137 a night too!! The restaurant stops serving food at 7pm. So glad I was told. Food wasn’t too bad although not that warm. Upholstery on chairs had seen far better days, sticky floor, dirty tables omg! Never ever again! Will not be recommending to colleagues and business partners. Plus side - staff were nice
