"While our hotel room boasted stunning day and night views of the harbour, the rest of the experience fell short. The service was lacking, with notable issues such as running out of tissue paper and shower gel. Breakfast was also quite basic, and we even spotted dirty dishes with hardened food stains. Improvement is definitely needed in these areas. Additionally, there was no complimentary bottled water, and basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers had to be requested at the front desk. A more thoughtful approach would be for the concierge to proactively offer these items during check-in, saving guests an extra trip."

"My trip to Sydney and stayed at Pier One Sydney Harbour was great and fantastic experience. One of the staff her name is Vy has done the an excellent job at the reception and check in and during stay was smooth and felt welcoming. Even there was some issues with the room or cleanliness issue. She had push her into guests shoes and sort out the problem immediately. The location of the hotel is prefect as you can see the Sydney Opera house and Harbour Bridge and tram rail just walked out the hotel door. The restaurant breakfast for cold dishes was good and hot dishes options need for improvement for more varieties of hot foods."

Ambiente: un balcone in una stanza e in un'altra stanza si dirige verso il mare, si può vedere l'opera.A nord di Sydney, a pochi minuti dal piano inferiore, si arriva al supermercato e alla metropolitana.
Servizio: servizio attento.Dopo tutto, è un appartamento auto-assistente.
Igiene: l'hotel non è una pulizia giornaliera tradizionale.Ogni tre giorni, durante il periodo di pulizia, ci sono materiali o pulizia rafforzata necessari per contattare l'hotel per pagare la pulizia."

最愛恆温無邊泳池，人少安靜，晨遊時彷彿獨攬海港日出。早餐必點班尼迪克蛋配澳白，The Dining Room的窗邊位搶到就是賺到！硬要説缺點：90刀/天的停車費肉疼，但代客小哥把車擦得鋥亮還車時，又覺得值了……"

"It was a very pleasant and elegant place to visit. However, as noted by the receptionist, there has been some problems with the ventilator system, which causes dust particles to be more prominent. The ambience was extraordinary and the view was scenic, however obstructed by another tall building, at least for room 2016"
