Vilos Suites

Perfect in every way. Villy our host met us on arrival and was perfect host. We ended up having drinks with her and friend every time we arrived back from daily excursions. Suite was spacious with large deck for wine and unbelievably views two air conditioning units held control heat . Bathrooms very good . Lots of parking next door . Only short walk to restaurants in Pollinia . Rooms serviced daily fresh sheets towels . Our host were absolutely the best.

Such a lovely stay! The owner was kind and generous, and the rooms are comfortable. The location is nearly waterfront, and a short 10 minute walk to the center of town - providing the right combination of quiet relaxation and proximity to restaurants and activities. Outside of the main town on the island, this was a great way to experience the smaller side of Milos. And seriously - the owner is just lovely! She was so kind.

This place was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Close walk to the beach and the town is wonderful. The owner went out of her way to accommodate us--she even picked us up with her own vehicle when we were lost. Unbelievable hospitality with genuine kindness. The ladies next store who clean the room were also fantastic. They were eager to provide anything we needed, offered to do our laundry and were very kind. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent 5 nights in this place and in general the experience was very good We are a couple with 2 children (16 and 11y old) and it’s always a challenge to have the right room size for all. In this case we had a very reasonable space for our children, with a double room for us and a very nice bathroom. Also the room had a fantastic terrace where we had some drinks and dinner during our stay The rooms services are great, cleansing it every day, changing towels every day and bed sheets every 2-3d. They offered us also beach towels and some welcome gifts like fruit, water and wine (2 times!). The 2 ladies taking care of the rooms were always available and helping as needed. They also helped us to have a laundry service a very reasonable price and very fast Vaios was also available by WhatsApp, welcoming us in the airport and doing transfer to hotel, but also sharing several island tips ( places, restaurants….) The village where located, Pollonia, is a nice one with all what you need and very close to some of the touristic top places. Also daily ferry to Kimolos departs from here. These appt are in a quiet area of Pollonia but not more than 3-4m walking distance from restaurants area. Unfortunately i can only rate in this app 4 or 5 but i would give them 4.5 very well deserved

I am conflicted in this review. The hotel and staff were good, but the owner, Vaimos, really left us with a bad experience. We booked the room directly with the hotel with our credit card. But starting 2 days before our arrival, he sent me a whatsapp with a wire request - it felt like a phishing scan. And over the course of the week bullied us into paying cash. Theres a difference between encouraging cash and bugging your guests every 2 days about it. Then on the last day reminding me the “policy” that we must pay by that afternoon. When i would have paid by CC on arrival. Cant have your cake and eat it too. Thank god for Roula- the manager- who was great. If you can get past the above, everything about the hotel in person was good: location (near swimming and main street in Pollonia), and the room was pretty nice for the price point.
