We invite you to stay at our family beach home. We have given our home the name Latitude Adjustment for many reasons. Most notably staying at the beach has always been a way for us to reconnect as a family and forget all of the outside stress. ***If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee will be included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add a second dog please contact us.*** Guests will enjoy 4 separate bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in our large three story town home. The bedrooms feature (2) Kings, (3) queens, (2) Twins. Comfortably sleeping 10 adults. Creekside community offers a wonderful pool and small boat ramp for all your water activities, when you aren't hitting the beach. We are conveniently located 2 miles from Bethany Boardwalk and close enough to walk to amenities including (2) grocery stores, Starbucks, Fractured Prune, Hooked Up, Fox Pizza, Bonkeys Ice Cream, and Banks Liquor store. We have recently upgraded many items in our house including brand new appliances throughout the house, high end cookware, 55" 4K Smart TV featuring DirecTV, and a large dinning table to seat all your friends and family. After many years of vacationing at the shore in Delaware we have come to love the unique amenities of Bethany Beach.
