Lake Erie Lodge

Hotel stay Are first time stay at lake erie lodge. When i stay at a hotel i always check first the beds and bathroom. I had no need to check that at lake erie lodge. Im talking this place is clean. The owners r wonderful ppl and try to accommodate you anyway they can. This lodge is well taken care of. Close to the beach and the park. Please if you ever consider a trip to erie pa look up this hotel. Pool is outside and taken care of

The day I checked in a 100.00 deposit was taken out of my account. He said he would look at room Still have not got it back yet. Parking lot has junk cars in lot flat tires junk cars. Pool not working was to be running when we booked. Rooms very clean.

I expected it to be a cheap stay but was checked into a dirty room and was moved to another room with no towels and a non wrking TV. I guess you get what paid for...

DONT STAY HERE!! I saw decent reviews on ******* so i went ahead and booked a room. I couldn't believe how disgusting this place was. There are windows that have cardboard in them. The lobby area looked dusty and abandoned. I went to check in and they wanted an additional 100 dollar deposit. Which was no problem but that should be known ahead of time. When i saw the room i immediately walked right back out. It was disgusting! The bedding had white mystery stains all over it. The roll of toilet paper had gotten wet and was blue from something. There were no towels even though we booked for 4 adults. When I went to get new toilet paper and some towels they acted like they didn't believe me and had to come"check the room" as if there were actually towels in there somewhere. The icing on the cake was there was a door to a room next door that was being used by front desk staff and there was a rusty old nail securing the door from being opened. The front desk guy said there was no one in that room but i watched him go in and out of there smoking cigarettes. This place is the nastiest hotel i have ever seen. I got my deposit back and left. Requested a refund from ******* who called the hotel several times and when no one answered ******* refused to refund my money. I will never book through ******* again and I would advise anyone else who is thinking about it, don't. Go through the hotels own website. At least if there's a problem you won't get ripped off like i did

Don’t stay in this place , the pictures are lies It was horrible I already chatted with customer service over it I’m hoping maybe to get some of the costs back. There was no soap in the bathroomit felt extremely dirty, unkept, the towels I was given were grey instead of white because they were dirty or not newly washed , there was a drug bust with 3 cops after we returned from family event that my 10 year old had to witness If I could have had more funds I would have packed up and left myself, a family next door did leave with their two children

Overnight stay while we were enjoying presque isle state park. Very convenient and clean
