Although the pool area and villa itself were lovely, the location was very average and we had difficulties with the owner. He was intrusive and rude, to the point where we were made to feel very uncomfortable. Such a shame as our experience could have been very different otherwise. I would suggest he give guests more space and not be so overbearing in terms of how they use the property and their expectation's on the guests. Questions over the use of the pool and air-conditioning felt abrasive and surprise visits to check up on us during our private time was offensive and unwelcome.

We booked 3 nights here after planning a last minute trip to Naxos. After staying at luxury accommodations all over Greece, we were very disappointed with this villa. The house is more motel quality than luxury villa. The good: -well stocked kitchen supplies -nice, warm pool -proximity to beaches -air conditioning The not so good: -very dirty (floors not swept, bugs all over bathroom and stairwell, including some smashed on the wall) -quality (no shampoo/conditioner/body wash, no toilet paper in upstairs bathroom, empty roll left in downstairs bathroom, beds not made upon arrival, dirty comforter, couches ripped up, very uncomfortable bed, shower head poor)

Perfect! Nice location and facilities , equipped, spacious with view and of course next to the sea, one of the best beaches in Naxos !! Recommended, we had a great time and visit again! Thank you :) :)

Πολυτελείς διακοπές στη Νάξο στις μοναδικές Naxos Luxury Villas... Η πολυτελεία σε όλο της το μεγαλείο.Φανταστικό περιβάλλον...φανταστική πισίνα...μοντέρνες, καθαρές βίλλες. Ο οικοδεσπότης κ. Σάκης υπέροχος, φιλόξενος, πρόθυμος να σε βοηθήσει σε ο,τιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Πολύ καλές τιμές, φοβερές παροχές... Σεβασμός στον πελάτη, όλα τέλεια ❤️🙂 Μπράβο σας.
