Perfection is often an over used word, however in the case of Hearts and Home it is more than appropriate. On our arrival we were met at the door by An, who is the proud owner of this beautiful place. We were then offered complementary welcome drinks of Cava, fresh cherries and chocolates. Hearts and Homes is located on the hillside just outside Mijas and it brings with it stunning sea views looking over the coast of Fuengirola. The Main village of Mijas is an easy 10-15 minute stroll which will take you to the many bars, restaurants and shops. The place itself is simply outstanding. An is the perfect host, she’s friendly, chatty, helpful and genuinley a people person, nothing is too much trouble. The attention to detail is meticulous, the decor, the toiletries, the huge walk in shower, the silent air con, the linen, the comfort of the bed, the coffee/tea making facilities, the honesty bar providing international spirits, beer and soft drinks, the chilled ware fountain, the outdoor ambience, the terrace furnishings, the quality Reed diffusers, the personalised gowns and slippers, the list just goes on and on. Breakfast is of the highest quality and there is even a cooked “a la carte” option. On the practical side parking is easy, plentiful and secure. The bottom line is, Hearts and Home is the perfect place to stay if you want to just relax, sunbathe and “de compress” for a few days or just use it as a base to travel to the surrounding villages, towns and cities. Beautiful sea of tranquility in a stunning location, amazing views with the best host we have encountered on our travels. The breakfast is to die for and the service impeccable. Walking distance into the beautiful Mijas Pueblo, with lovely bars, restaurants and artisan shops.

My wife and I just got back from a week at this wonderful B&B, which we'd found when my wife had a chance airport encounter with An--our host and the spot's owner--last year. We couldn't have been more delighted with the entire experience--well-appointed rooms, great Breakfasts, a scenic location, convenient to Such cities as Màlada, Granada, and the Costa del Sol, not to mention beaches visible from the B&B's hillside location overlooking the Mediterranean. Most of all, An and the staff have created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which allows guests to socialize or pursue their own interests. An isn unfailingly attentive to guests' interests and knowledgeable about the area. Guests might be very pleasantly surprised by Mijas, which has an undeniable charm, as well as a wide assortment of dining or tapas opportunities, to say nothing of the plentiful bars and cafes. Suffice it to say that we eagerly await the chance to return for a longer visit.

One of the most stunning places i ever been. Beautiful rooms, extraordinary view and an incredibly lovely host who makes the stay more than fantastic. The Breakfast ist more than 5 stars worth. i for sure can recommend this place - we stayed there for 5 days.
