Nel mese di Agosto abbiamo soggiornato presso il Gran Leon di Colonia San Jordi passando una bellissima vacanza. Mi sento in dovere di segnalare questa struttura moderna ed elegante circondata da uno splendido giardino che , ci ha garantito standard di altissimo livello e qualità. L Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica sul mare e vicino alle spiagge. I servizi : 2 ristoranti,Piscina con acqua di mare, lettini , Spa , palestra sono di livello elevato. Le camere sono confortevoli, silenziose, molto pulite e belle. I 2 ristoranti e la loro posizione con vista al tramonto, offrono una cucina di ottima qualità e con un servizio di colazione incredibile per varietà e qualità , una tra le migliori da me trovate. Ma quello che fa la vera differenza è lo Staff in toto , eccezionale in ogni singolo reparto che, garantisce alta professionalità abbinata a grande cordialità e supporto continuo per ogni necessità. Ringrazio personalmente tutto lo Staff e in particolare la responsabile della reception M. Carmen per la squisita accoglienza e la continuità disponibilità che ci ha garantito. Torneremo presto per rivivere questa bellissima esperienza

We had a wonderful 7 day stay at Universal Grand Leon and will definitely be returning. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had and after a few days the staff knew our coffee order without asking. All of the staff are very friendly and all very helpful. We really enjoyed the jetty straight into the beautiful sea as it was steps away from our very comfortable sun loungers, which there were plenty of and you did not feel the need to reserve. We used the Spa and I had an amazing facial with Mercedes which I would recommend. The beach bar is one of the best places to watch the sunset.

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful beachside hotel with my kids, age 11 and 13 years for a couple of days. The location is great, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices, the pool area and gym is very nice. There is no direct beach access from the hotel but the famous Es Trenc beach is close by in immediate walking distance. The hotel guests where primarely couples or couples with a baby or a toddler. There were not many families with older kids. We booked a suite with two rooms and seaview from our balcony (room 1130) which was very nice and worked well for us four. The price per night is pricy and not a cheap experience. It is a great treat.

We are on our last day here and we’ve loved staying at this hotel. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. We stayed here with two friends (a couple) and our son who is 4 - he loved the pool. The room was so lovely and cleaned often, fridge well stocked and drinking water on tap whenever we needed out in the lobby. The hotel was sparkling clean at all times. The poolside bar is nice and even the communal areas toilets are decorated lovely. The highlight was for sure the breakfast - sooo much selection and different every day. The pastries were amazing. Overall couldn’t be more satisfied with the trip and we would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay, and checked in the day after the reopning. Nice and clean, fantastic food and top hospitality from start till end. Stayed in 2 junior suites. We will strongly recommend this hotel to everyone, and is planing to come back in July👍☀️. Close to Es Trenc (one of the best beaches in Mallorca). Family from Norway (3 adults and 2 children).

Absolutely amazing. From the minute we arrived Carmen made sure we were looked after incredibly. I came with my parents who are in their late 70’s and they loved it too. We are all vegetarian and the chefs made such an effort for us everyday. The salad and dessert buffets are lovely and varied every evening. The yoga classes were superb, pilates also and the spa a gem. We all had massage treatments too and Vanessa released emotions in me that astounded even me and left me feeling incredibly released. The staff are genuinely so helpful and lovely and all seem to have worked there decades. So soooo welcoming and helpful. The hotel deco is super modern and light. The outside pool is actually long and large and one can do lengths in it. Muchas gracias for a really wonderful holiday. Xxx

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Rooms are immaculate and cleaned constantly. Pool is fantastic and always enough beds. No need to have towels down early. Quiet and respectful at all times. Classy at all times. Sectioning of pool bar is first class and drinks are gorgeous. We could not find a single thing to moan about. Brilliant holiday and have recommended it to all our friends.

A fantastic hotel with wonderful staff, where nothing was too much trouble. Clean rooms, tidied at least once and often more a day. Great breakfast! Lovely pool bar and some other great places to eat and visit nearby, We could not fault it really

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous decor and rooms are stunning. Food is excellent and we were lucky enough to be there on their annual summer gala evening where the food on offer was amazing. I have never seen such beautiful desserts - fantastic creations. Staff were very friendly from initial reception, to lovely hotel cleaning ladies and exceptional restaurant staff. The Spa was amazing and we wished we had made more use of this facility during our stay as it was very refreshing.
