Se c'era un tempo che una persona dovesse semplicemente sbarazzarsi della follia della vita, questo sarebbe il luogo per correre. Il personale era al di là di tutto ciò che ho mai avuto prima e la loro disponibilità a andare a un migliaio di più è sorprendente. Si può sedersi indietro e prendere in questi prati ben manicurati e in questo ambiente più ricco, come un piccolo pezzo di Toscana nel cuore di Midrand Bravo. Sarai certamente nei miei luoghi più amati per visitare di nuovo.

Friendly staff but the place is aging… rooms and beds were comfy enough which is always important but shower and sink tap are pretty poor. Plumbing in general obviously needs refurbishing. TV channels limited. Room condamnants were in short supply. On day 1 asked for a top up after drinking a coffee and was given one sachet…. Came back from a conference on day 2 and coffee had not been replenished. Asked for more sachets and was give 2… asked why so stingy and they said they were out of stock… very surprised this hotel still holds a 4 star rating…. Went to the “bar” and only SAB on offer - worst news I can ever get… had to go out for dinner just to get a decent beer.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits pour visiter la région. L’hôtel est idéalement à proximité de l’autoroute et du Mall of Africa. Le parking est gratuit et surveillé en permanence. L’hôtel est propre mais pas très moderne. Les avantages All ont été respectés mais le surclassement n’est pas possible car toutes les chambres sont identiques. La chambre était propre et spacieuse mais dans un décor vieillot. Les rideaux ne sont pas très occultant et l’isolation des fenêtres est à revoir. Le signal du wifi dans notre chambre était faible, nous perdions la connexion régulièrement.La salle de bains était grande et elle avait dû avoir été refaite récemment sauf pour la partie douche. Le service est professionnel. Nous n’avons pas testé le petit-déjeuner. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon car nous avons payé 30 euros la nuit.

Stunning hotel. Beautiful view. Delicious food. Great service. I stayed at the Courtyard for a work conference. One of my best hotel experiences yet. Dirco and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure. By far a Top-Notch Hotel.
