Premier Inn Manchester (Heaton Park)

Throughout my overnight stay at Heaton Park Premier Inn, staff were friendly and amicable - especially Mary, who was the kind receptionist who had assisted us. The bedroom was exceptionally clean and facilities were excellent. Would go again!

Mary was very welcoming and helpful. The registration process was quick. This was most appreciated after a long drive with the family just wanting to retire to the room. Mary also sorted out our meal deals and explained how it worked and how the kids were able to eat breakfast for free. Excellent service Mary thank you!

Good standard basic hotel with a friendly welcome in an excellent position for the M60 and the trams or route 59 bus. The room was clean and well furnished. However, I had to wait half an hour after my booked time before the breakfast was ready and I thought that the cooked breakfast was poor value, with some elements well over-cooked and almost inedible.

I chose Heaton Park Premier Inn because it was near to the Park and I enjoy a good walk. The check-in staff were very welcoming and Mary was particularly helpful. The Beefeater next door let the experience down - bar staff at best were offhand, the food was not good, I asked for mayo which never came - no healthy/low fat options available either. Parking was good. If the weather hadn’t been so nice I’d have been room-bound in a slightly tired room. It’s a shame because I come to Manchester often and this location is nice. Thank you Mary for your helpful suggestions throughout my stay.

Right near our venue, close to tram Station and Heaton Park. Very friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. Immaculately clean everywhere.

A warm Mancunian welcome to a weary traveller was offered when I signed in for a nostalgic visit to the city. Mary provided just the right conversation and information opening doors with a lovely smile on her face.

Stayed two nights for a family wedding nearby. The ladies on reception were extremely helpful and arranged a mini bus with the next day shift checking the arrangements for us. They all went the extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. I include the cleaning staff in that too. Room was very clean and although beside a busy road, it was not noisy in the room.
