Hotel con parcheggio a Middlesbrough

The service was very good, got checked in early with no issues. The rooms are standard but warm and very clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was good a good selection. Never got bar food so can't comment but the staff were all very helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

It was an ok stay but for us we didn’t realise we booked when the football was on and the away fans had pretty much booked the hotel and to say it was noisy was an understatement. Staff were friendly enough but didn’t ask us if we wanted Breakfast or if we had stayed there before so seemed pretty sub standard and not really that invested in what they were doing. We had planned to use the pool but some local kids sneaked in and used it making it loud and unusable during our stay they were just causing problems and the hotel didn’t act. This is the biggest failing the hotel fails to act we had loud guests door slamming music playing loud football fans going mad till 4am and nothing was done about it. The beds were not that comfy as sadly neither of us had a good nights sleep on top of the noise by others the rooms offered no sound proofing. No air conditioning which is crazy in this day and age and not even a fan in the room, when we asked for one we just got laughed at and told good luck with that by housekeeping. This places lacks staff that care or take pride in their work. The bathroom had no fan so when used steam went everywhere and the water pressure and temperature was terrible it wasn’t overly clean so couldn’t use the bath. Only thing going for this hotel is it’s location but we wouldn’t use it again as the rooms need a lot of TLC and the staff need extra training more so on the communication front. Upon check out we weren’t even asked did we enjoy our stay as we wanted to raise our concerns.

Avete fatto un check in con Adele alle 6:00, lei era molto amichevole e ha fatto un check in facile e senza stress (aveva bambini affamati con noi) Mangiavamo nel ristorante hotel con la mia famiglia, selezione sceneggiata di cibo e bevande sul menu. Ci serviva Savanna, che era anche amichevole. È stato bello vedere il personale felice. La stanza era di base ma pulita, sarebbe rimasto qui. Grazie.

funeral reception booked for today 29th may, @ 2.15pm. the family come from australia for the funeral and i done the booking.i got to the pub at 2pm to find empty tables. 1 barmaid starting to put cups and saucers out,followed by an urn for the boiling water for the 20 coffee,s and 20 t,s that had been paid for.people started to turn up,its now 2.30pm and still empty tables, the 1 barmaid knew nothing of the reception and was very apologetic, i asked ref managers ,under managers and was told only 1 manager onsite but she was upstairs.no boiling water for the hot drinks ,no milk, no spoons, no serviettes, the machine was not switched on so nobody had tea or coffee.by now ive asked 3 people where is the food , and told it would be 5 to 10 minutes.about 14.45pm the food started to arrive some out in the passage way,not good.now this has been my local for 24 years and i feel totally embarresed that this was the best they could do with visitors from the other side of the world,poor poor service, the 2 girls were run ragged, but this is down to management, so lay your heads down in shame for a disgraceful exhibition, so the way i see it a refund for the hot drinks that could not be had is due as a minimum starting point.disgraceful and embarrassing.

Al momento dell’ingresso, si notò un odore di urina, sul letto di ispezione c’era sangue sulle foglie e sul sollevamento della foglia posteriore alla materna, si sono rivelate molte pelli di materie diverse. Fui subito alla ricezione e mi chiese di tornare a casa, come non c'era niente a disposizione, oltre a dire che ho cercato di noleggiare una stanza in quel modo, e non tornerò mai nella mia vita.
