Love this hotel staff are so friendly and helpful it in a good location we were visiting someone in Redcar and as I can’t do stairs there’s not many places with ground floor rooms in Redcar have stayed here quite a few times never been disappointed I would recomend

Avoid staying at this Premier Inn! The car park is plagued with break-ins on a weekly occurrence and when you try and report this issue, upper management fail to see this as something they should be trying to fix. When you look around the car park the place is littered with broken glass. You are much better off staying 10 mins down the road outside Middlesbrough where the surroundings are much nicer.

Our car was broken into in the car park - the hotel knew this was an issue but didn't warn us and don't have working CCTV. The hotel feels dated, the Premier Plus rooms are nice but the older ones smelt of smoke and were very dated / tired. We pre-paid for breakfast and most items weren't available

Our car window was smashed in the car park and according to staff and the reviews on here it is something that is continuously happening. 4 cars were smashed the same night as ours. The actual hotel is good we had a nice stay while visiting family but the car park is unsafe so I wouldn’t stay here again. We had to drive 3 hours with our back window taped up with two small children in very cold weather conditions

Excellent location & value for money when visiting family in this area. The hotel is modern, has clean facilities, comfy bed & the staff are very friendly. We also benefitted from the free breakfast offer on our 2 night stay. What more could you want?

Came in for breakfast with my partner and kids. Breakfast was lovely, all cooked to order and very fresh. The staff were all very friendly and there was loads of selection on the continental breakfast. The place was really lovely but they mentioned they were getting a refurb so I will definitely be beck to see this and have another breakfast. Katie in particular went above and beyond with the kids and made sure they were occupied with their activity packs.

A fantastic hotel with friendly helpful staff. Stayed here for 2 nights booked a premier plus room definitely worth paying a little bit more for these rooms. Didn’t eat breakfast in the hotel but did see plenty of people eating there. Will stay here again when in Middlesbrough.

The hotel is in an ideal location if you want to stay close to James Cook hospital. The rooms have been recently refurbished to a high standard. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The hotel has it's own breakfast room I had assumed that if we wanted breakfast it would be provided at the pub across the car park as has been the case with other Premier Inns I've stayed in so was pleasantly surprised that it had its own Breakfast room/restaurant.

The best experience I've ever had. Premier Inn hotels are far better to stay in rather then the savoy. Accessibility room is amazing the staff were amazing as usual. The unlimited breakfast was cooked and served with a smile an passion. 100% best hotel in the UK
