The breakfast was really good, Jillian was very helpful and attentive, explained the meal deal to include breakfast and 2 course dinner. Poached Eggs perfect thanks to Sharon we all enjoyed a good breakfast ready for our working day away from home

Excellent service in restaurant, at Dinner and breakfast this morning. Food was delicious and hot. Jillian and Susan ( chef , think that's her name) very friendly and helpful - accommodating many requests from people. Nothing wS an issue for them.

We stayed at the premier inn Middlesbrough with our granddaughter, the check in was straightforward. Lovely sleep in comfortable room , the breakfast was superb all freshly made . Staff member Jillian made us welcome at breakfast took time to chat to our granddaughter, nothing was too much trouble . We come across hard working and friendly staff at our visit at premier inn Middlesbrough.

Was comfortable beds, was great for good nightsleep. They have great customer service, staff were friendly and very helpful. Had quiet sleeps throughout the week, was peaceful. Would recommend to those looking for a hotel to stay in Middlesbrough.

The rooms are comfortable and there is a good choice of breakfast and lovely evening meals. Staff are very friendly, helpful and approachable (Jillian is lovely). I have stayed here before and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It is in a good location, near the centre but not too noisy.

Fab stay as always! Comfortable clean & clean rooms. Helpful staff as always. Jillian at breakfast was always friendly & welcoming & even remembered us from our last stay at the start of the year. Great choice of food at breakfast, and can request for any different food choices if wanted.

Room nice and spacious comfy bed. Nice touches in room light on mirrow. Good toileteris in bathroom .Breakfast excellent. Jillian never stopped working looking after people. A lot for one person to do but she kept up with all jobs. Also very polite.

Very clean room, plenty of refreshments, lovely soft pillows and comfortable bed with fab duvet. The evening meal cooked by Chef Sharon (Shazz) made the night. It was cooked to perfection especially sharing platter for 2, calamari, steak done on request and chicken. Can't recommend Chef enough. And breakfast following morning equally tasty and satisfying. We come every year and it gets better and better. Also compliments to staff who are very accommodating and helpful.
