I have had an amazing experience in the travelodge the cleanliness and the friendly welcome i experienced was even more than I expected especially the help I received from Zoe and Adele. All I can say is that these two lady's made my stay so much better they were friendly and approachable and jumped to help me with anything I needed. What an amazing team they make! They even helped me with my most random request. The travelodge is lucky to have such amazing staff and I will be staying again in future.

After camping out in a campervan it was so nice to get a fresh bed, hot bath and tv. The staff were so helpful when my partner needed an extension lead for his C-pap machine and info on parking. Was lovely to meet you Adele and the lady you were on shift with, thank you xxx

Very clean and comfortable room with good size. I’m very satisfied with my overall experience, the staff were always available to help. Very great service from Amy at the reception.

Amy at reception, was very pleasant and helpful. She gave us lots of information about the local area etc. the hotel was very comfortable and situated within easy access of motorway for our onward journey. Wonderful breakfast and staff very attentive, making sure everything was topped up and clean both in the dining room and bedroom.

Don’t bother going to this hotel, the service is really bad.. had to wait over 30 mins for anyone to come and check us in, then couldn’t give us key cards as the computer system was down.many breakfast items empty and had to wait again for them to be filled. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work and room very hot, supplied fan was very noisy and meant we could not have it on. Terrible service and issues with room. Think I’ll spend the little extra and go to premier inn next time.

Staff were great very friendly and helpful couldn't fault them. Mattress needs replacing has was lumpy and some of the buttons had come off. Bed was broken underneath. Noisy when windows were open has you would expect at the side of a road. Parking sound.
