The heart of historic Cape May is a 20-minute drive, where you will find many beautiful Victorian homes as well as shops and restaurants. The home is lifted and the water does go under the home. During the high tide the private beach of the home will be water, then it recedes again for a large beach area. There is also a public beach a few feet away and another beach area on the northern end of the street. The public beach a few feet away always has a beach even when our private beach is experiencing high tide. There is a 30" range with two ovens. One oven is a regular sized oven and the second is 30" wide but not as deep. The second smaller oven is great for reheating food. Our home does not have a microwave. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. (One of these bedrooms is on the main floor, one of these bedrooms is one step down from the main floor in its own detached suite).
