It needs a little but of updating but overall we loved it!!! Nice and close to the boardwalk, the staff was very friendly! We had the 3rd floor with the balcony which we loved and were able to see the fireworks from there. Pool extremely clean! Would definitely stay there again!

Dirty room, dirty towels, no coffee for coffee maker, power glitch right when we got here, no chain on door for security, tiny bathroom, slippery and small tub, limited towels, dirty bed topper and only a sheet for a blanket, tiny TV, no clock, rooftop deck was so soft it felt like you were going to fall through!! DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN IF ITS FOR ONE NIGHT!! It is like a cement box for a room!!! SOOO BAD!

Comfortable property across the street from boardwalk ramp. Best in season value for the room that close.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom little apar**ent, we loved it so much! The space was perfect for our family of 4 people that traveled. The pool was warm enough to get in with out stepping in slowly and yanking it out becausecof the cold lol, we enjoy our view from the balcony of the ferris wheel and a few other rides we could see. Ice machine was a plus loved it! I seen someone complain about the office not being 24hr, u know that before you go. And there was really no need to go into the office for anything!! We did not make use of house keeping because we are cleaners ourselves, we found the place to appear clean when you walked in, but you can tell blankets do not get washed, you do not get sheets everyday( i dont think u should need new sheets everyday), but for those wondering.. we only got our towels the 1st day there, the 2nd day we either did not get them or neighbors took them, we were pretty upset that our neighbor had their side of chairs but kept sitting on our side so it made my son feel uncomfortable to open his shade at all! Dishes were nasty! Thankfully we had paperware with us, trash bags were cheap $1store ones, so had to keep itolightnoreit ripped block from beach, over we LOVED it, everything was smooth checking in and out. great service! Definitely Recommend despite some of the falls we felt about it! Heat lamp in bathroom is amazing! There are a bunch of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing and towels! Parking was great! will be back

Arrived early morning and was pleasantly surprised that a room was already available for us. We were in room 124 on the 2nd floor. Again, pleasantly surprised that the room was clean and didn’t have an odor. Our room was big enough for 5 people. 2 beds in the bedroom and a couch that pulled out for another person. There was a new air conditioner and curtains. Thankfully no carpets either, nothing worse than damp carpeting. Outside our room was a table and 2 chairs. Located 1 block to the beach at Spencer Avenue. The pool is inviting with a spa tub with a waterfall into the pool. Cute with 2 “palm trees”. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return if in the area. 1 suggestion, the bedroom needs room darkening shades.

Clean, nice place and has a variety of food and drinks choices. Food was really good especially the restaurant that it needs reservation in advance Staff very pleasant and happy. The property it’s small but it was very relaxing comfortable just what you need to relax and away from work. Will come back again.

My real only complaint for the property was the water temperature when showering would go from warm to cold, to hot to cold to warm.... and then there was the fact thta we had to lrave early because of a power outage

Stayed with kids. Excellent location to broadwalk. Not for couples or younger adults. Good place for families. Overall good in comparison to what is available.

This is a very good hotel. Clean, well kept. The staff where always keeping things tidy. It is an older building, but very well kept. Check in was easy, they required a $20 key deposit. Had a nice pool. Large parking area. One of the best is the location, about a block and 1/2 from the boardwalk, almost the center
