Hotel in zona Siebener-Platz, Middle Franconia

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Wij zaten in een groot familie kamer met 2 aparte slaapkamers, keukentje en badkamer. Dit is in een ander gebouw dan het hotel op 20 meter lopen. Kamers waren zeer schoon, netjes en goed! Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten op doorreis en het Playmobil park. Ongeveer 13 minuten rijden naar het playmobil park. Het ontbijt (in het hotel) was ook goed, uitgebreid en lekker! Een aanrader!

Situazione bella nelle foreste. La decorazione dell'hotel è sorprendente, un vero senso di vacanza. È un hotel molto pulito con camere spaziose. Il personale è molto gentile e utile. La piscina è molto bello. La scelta alimentare è diversa e tutto è disponibile. Tutto è fresco e locale. Ci è piaciuto questo posto e sicuramente torneremo.

Hotel pulito ed accogliente. Camera confortevole e personale gentilissimo. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione Abbondante e completa di tutto. Check in fatto di notte con personale preparato e gentile. Posizione scomoda per la città, ma ottima per tutto il resto.

Il servizio è buono, il letto è confortevole, ma il cuscino è orribile: troppo morbido.Il prossimo ferroviario non ha potuto aprire la finestra quando l'aria non ha raffreddato la stanza.Il colazione era medio, i panini erano ricaldati e asciutti, e il formaggio era freddo e asciutto, doveva essere coperto. Wifi era decente ma non stabile, e la casa manteneva un po' lento nel affrontare le questioni. È ancora buona posizione al centro della città, ma la linea ferroviaria è qualcosa da considerare. Buono valore per i soldi considerando lo stile dell'hotel

Considering this is only a 3* property, the staff make sure you have a far greater experience that really impresses. The hotel is located a relatively short walk from Nuremberg Castle (about 10 -15 minutes) which is the Northern point of the old town. You can also ride the 4 Tramline that stops outside the hotel or the U3 underground line is less than a 10 minute walk. As such, you're very well connected and in easy reach of everything the city has to offer. The hotel looks like an older building, almost medieval in it's styling, but it is modern, fresh and clean. They are practicing COVID protocols, which must be followed and that included having a vaccination certificate to check in. Masks are required in all the public areas and you need to specify a breakfast time so as they can organize the distance seating. My room was odd in that it was huge, but set for one person. A big double bed, but with a single duvet and just one pillow. The linens were fresh and clean and mattress comfortable. There's a desk, chair, small table, flat screen TV and good space for luggage and hanging clothes, but it felt very empty because of the size. Hardly a complaint. There's a fridge, which is very welcome. The heating was good and needed in the cold winter. Bathrooms have a shower/tub and basin with excellent hot water pressure, but the only amenity is a standard body/hair wash. Towels were a bit old, but certainly clean. Currently, house keeping is limited because of COVID, but towels are refreshed every day and they empty the trash. Breakfast is excellent. On my first morning, they even laid out a chocolate Santa for me, which was very nice. There is everything you'd want to eat and more. A really good selection of hot and cold items, all of very high quality. It's buffet style, but the staff are still there to help and are always friendly and clear tables quickly. The one problem the hotel is currently experiencing is with their WIFI provider. Although free, the property has run into a tech issue they seem unable to solve that means you have to pay to log in to each device. You will have no choice but to pay, so make sure when you login you get a receipt. Just email it to the front desk and they will immediately reimburse you either in cash or make a credit on your credit card. They are just as frustrated by the provider as the guests, but they are super efficient about repaying the guest's costs. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this hotel. Very nice staff and good problem solvers that means problems aren't problems at all. I believe there is parking on site, but I didn't need it. They also have fresh fruit to help yourself throughout the day. A great option for Nuremburg.

È stata una soggiorno molto piacevole.Hotel pulito, personale bello.Mi piaceva la grande e grande camera da colazione con un bel e sano colazione sostenibile.La camera di comfort è così una fantastica esperienza con il grande letto matrimoniale e la doccia idromassaggio. Definitivamente un must nella città 🏙️

Location molto comoda, di fronte alla metropolitana, struttura ben curata e personale gentile e con ottimo inglese. Suggerisco un paio di migliorie, dal momento che la clientale é anche business. Probabilmente durante il mio soggiorno l'ostello era full, quindi i bagni non erano puliti come me li sarei aspettati, inoltre due soli WC per uomini per piano mi sembrano pochi, infatti sono dovuto restare in coda. Infine avrei gradito una maggiore scelta per colazione, specialmente per il dolce ma anche per il salato

La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alla stazione principale di Norimberga. Sono disponibili anche posti auto. Anche se non riesci a trovare un parcheggio, ci sono molte opzioni nella zona. Il personale è stato cordiale alla reception. Non posso dire nulla sul cibo perché non ho mangiato lì. Altrimenti è andato tutto bene.

Posizione appena fuori le mura, ma si raggiunge comodamente il centro storico in dieci minuti a piedi. Parcheggio pubblico a fianco, a pagamento, ma comodissimo. Appena arrivati si ha l‘impressione sia tutto un po‘ kitsch, grandi cani dorati all‘ingresso, un affollamento di oggetti in vendita appena entrati, un mega scimpanzé, scimmiette, giraffe ecc…, ma poi tutto ha un senso e la sensazione di relax e armonia prevale, soprattutto perché gli spazi sono molto ampi. Piacevole anche la stanza con un bagno grande. Come notato già da altri ospiti, per un 4S manca la macchina caffè, come un set cortesia in bagno, e soprattutto una scelta dei cuscini. Ottima la colazione. Per cena abbiamo usufruito del buffet, prezzo scontato per gli ospiti dell‘hotel, buono e vario. Personale molto gentile, in particolare alla reception. Per pranzo invece ci siamo fermati al Meiser in centro storico, dove il servizio era veramente scarso, e il cocktail analcolico (preso anche la sera prima in Hotel, veramente ottimo) più acqua che altro.
