Beautiful and sunny two bedroom, one bathroom apartment on the first floor of the building with a separate entrance from the backyard. Perfect place for family getaway. This property is located just a hundred yards away from the most beautiful Lake Michigan beach. You can even see the Chicago skyline across the lake on a clear day! Just over an hour from Chicago and minutes away from Michigan City Lighthouse Outlet Mall and Blue Chip Casino. Walking distance to Washington Park Zoo and Harbor. Queen bed in one bedroom with a bunk bed in the other. The condo also has in unit laundry for convenience. Did I mention you will be staying just a hop and a skip away from the beach? The entire unit with a shared backyard and laundry room. Laundry requires quarters so please be prepared. Any animal on the property will lead to an automatic eviction and $1000 fine per animal minimum. We do have RING Cameras on the outside of the home as well as the lobby/laundry area. . Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of said bunk beds. If a security team is called due to an infraction of the house rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team ($500 minimum) and the duration of the reservation, even if removed by the security team due to the infraction.
