Fans of outdoor activities can visit the nearby GLC "Sunny Valley". The pearl of the Urals, Lake Turgoyak, is a 20–minute drive from the hotel. Ilmen is a 10-minute walk from the train station. The nearest airport is 93 km away. The hotel is suitable for both business people and individual travelers who appreciate a high level of service combined with home comfort.
The hotel offers accommodation in modern Standard, Comfort and Deluxe rooms, as well as interior rooms "Simonov" and "Ekaterina". Each of the rooms is equipped with comfortable furniture and is made according to European quality standards.
The Vostochny Dvor restaurant is located on the ground floor. The restaurant offers an a la carte menu, European and Russian cuisine. The main hall can accommodate up to 80 people, the VIP room can accommodate up to 20 people. In the cozy cafe of the hotel you can taste a variety of drinks, desserts, as well as fresh pastries from your own cooking. A continental breakfast is served in the morning. Гостиница с советским наследием, впрочем как и весь город. Не говорю, что это плохо или хорошо. Просто это есть! Молодцы, постарались сделать ремонт (второй этаж лучше чем третий, наверное начинали со второго а дальше деньги закончились). Молодцы, работает кафе и есть ресторан. Но, почему - то кормят поселенцев в кафе и достаточно однообразно. Молодцы что в номере есть стаканы и даже у горничных можно попросить чайник (но, если ты приехал ночью и без чая, то в номере чая ты не найдёшь). Мебель хоть и без изысков, но добротная и чистая. Вообще, в номере чисто. Администрация гостиницы утверждает, что вода из под крана является питьевой (см. фото). Но, если честно, я не рискнул, всё таки приезжал на один день и следующий день должен был быть в дороге. Может быть, кто-то проверял? Напишите результат. Я купил воду на ресепшен, там её продают за 50 р. 0,5 литра, таким недоверчивым как я. Самый большой плюс гостиницы это расположение (центр города недалеко от Заводоуправления АЗ УРАЛ. Но, ценник в 3800 с завтраком, по моему завышен (наверное потому, что в городе альтернативы нет, приличные отели все за городом в районе озёр). Персонал доброжелательный, улыбчивый. Если подвести итог, то как зимний вариант пребывания в городе по делам, вполне сносный вариант, но летом - только в отели на озёрах, но их лучше бронировать заранее.
