Amore Setai Miami! Sempre meraviglioso di visitare e soggiornare in proprietà. Ci siamo salutati come vecchi amici. Il principale ristorante colazione è eccellente e il personale è lì per soddisfare le esigenze. Bevande erano eccellenti nella zona della piscina. Le camere e il balcone con letto esterno di giorno sono incontro a Miami. I trattamenti spa erano eccezionali. La mia moglie e io avevamo Debra e Layla. guardiamo con ansia di tornare presto!

L’ Hotel anche se è molto grande è ben curato in ogni dettaglio dalle camere agli spazi comuni e con dei servizi top, tra cui una palestra fantastica che deve essere segnalata ! L’unica cosa forse un po’ complicata è prendere l’ascensore con il sistema di Chiave digitale 😅 Inoltre il servizio sul mare è davvero perfetto con il manager italiano Massimo, super disponibile e attento, oltre allo staff dei ragazzi svegli ed efficienti, che corrono per ogni cosa tu abbia bisogno.. Perfetto!

Non vale una stella!!! Attenzione Un escalation di eventi inaccettabili: Giunti in hotel stanchi dopo un lungo volo,veniamo accolti da un ragazzino inesperto e solo che ci addebita sulla carta di credito circa 500 usd in più rispetto alla tariffa di Bonvoy,si scusa e ci dice che farà lo storno il giorno successivo. Nessun valet e nessun butler per prendere i bagagli. Chiediamo di fare un room service e scioccati ci viene risposto di chiamare Uber eat perché dopo le 11 pm non ci sono ne ristoranti ne room service. Ci offre dell acqua. La camera assolutamente anonima e non pulita. Viene fatto notare a chi di dovere che sarebbe il caso di fare un deep cleaning e il giorno dopo, quasi a spregio, non solo la camera e ugualmente sporca ma oltretutto la domestica , fattole notare la scarsa pulizia, manda candidamente a quel paese mia moglie!!!! Inaccettabile! Allucinante e mai accaduto!!! Di contro i ragazzi alla concierge estremamente utili e professionali e in ultimo anche il duty manager che per scusarsi dell accaduto ci ha offerto dello champagne e una notte free of charge per rimediare. Purtroppo però non è accettabile e rimango del mio parere che questo hotel è assolutamente da EVITARE. Riceviamo gli indumenti che avevo mandato in lavanderia (2 camicie e un jeans , per i quali mi vengono addebitati 100 dollari!!!! ) I jeans erano completamente bagnati e le camicie ancora macchiate . Tutto questo è inaccettabile. L’albergo in questione è sabotato dal personale.

Il mio migliore amico e io siamo stati all'Hotel Kent di South Beach, Miami per il suo compleanno.Abbiamo avuto una così grande esperienza da parte del personale fantastico, in particolare Robin e Alexander, per tenere cura di tutte le nostre esigenze. L'hotel era molto pulito e ben tenuto, il personale era sempre in chiamata per tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era eccezionale, ma il personale è quello che ha reso davvero incredibile la nostra esperienza. Non possiamo ringraziare abbastanza Robin e Alexander e ringraziarvi per aver fatto i miei migliori amici il compleanno così speciale.

Great place to stay at Miami Beach, close to the Beach and all sorts of places. They also have daily events like drawing or volleyball. The staff is superfriendly and always tries to help. Free cooled water and coffee is also included. They have two fridges and a microwave for food. I really enjoyed my stay at the place and would definitely recommend it!

This was a great hotel experience for New Year's Eve weekend for the 2021 Orange Bowl as the UGA football team had this as their base hotel. The hotel went all out to decorate in Red and Black for the weekend and were very responsive. Many special-purpose rooms were available for team and family use. The hotel threw a great New Years Eve party that was rocking well into the morning even after we returned from the football game. In addition, there was live music in Bayfront Park adjacent to the hotel, so there was no lack of places to celebrate New Years. Our room was on the bayside and the views are spectacular. The room was clean and well-appointed, with sofa seating and both a large table and a separate desk near the window to enjoy the view. There are no balconies attached to the rooms. There is an outside pool that opens on the third floor from the spa and salon, with separate men's and ladies' locker rooms. We went out to the pool in the mornings on both days since at this time of year the water is cool and there is only morning sun on the pool and pool deck. In the afternoon the pool deck is fully shaded by the adjacent condo tower since the sun is low. There is some afternoon sun this time of year in a grassy areas off the pool deck where the sun is not blocked until later in the afternoon. There are many large umbrellas around the pool chaise lounges if the sun is too hot. Unfortunately, we found that the outdoor pool bar and pool restaurant lounge have been closed for some time due to the pandemic, and the curtains up in the windows block what would be a fantastic view of Biscayne Bay through all the glass. The lobby, bar, and restaurant are all updated and present a top-notch appearance. It is easy to walk to several convenience stores in the area. We would definitely recommend this to our friends if they needed a hotel in this area of town.

In questo hotel Hilton a due alberi in stile appartamento, il corridoio intorno al piano inferiore non è molto bello, le piastrelle del pavimento della stanza sono un po' vecchie e nere, il soffitto del bagno è rotto e vuole cadere e la decorazione semplice in stile appartamento. La cosa principale è prendere una stanza con vista sul mare, una grande vetrata e il mare non è ostruito. I pulcini di grandi uccelli applaudono sul balcone e talvolta volano nella stanza (vedi la terza foto caricata, l'uccello è volato sul tavolo). Il mare aperto è rinfrescante.

The Elser Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Jonathan, who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing room and took care of all our needs. Mustafaa and Francisco were also incredibly helpful and resourceful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close to Bayside and offering plenty of walking areas around. We loved exploring the nearby attractions and the convenience of having everything within reach. The hotel itself has a contemporary and trendy vibe, which we absolutely loved. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the property. Overall, our experience at Elser Hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami. The helpful staff, beautiful location, and contemporary atmosphere make it a perfect choice for a memorable stay. Five stars all the way!”

Ero così arrabbiato quando ho scoperto che dovevo pagare $ 200 in più in aggiunta a quello che avevo già pagato per l'hotel perché avevo prenotato tramite questo sito web! E non ho nemmeno recuperato tutti i $ 200 solo $ 100! Che razza di pasticcio è quello! La posizione dell'hotel era ottima, così come il ristorante e il loro personale!
