Il personale è super gentile, educato e disponibile!!! La posizione è fantastica!! Il letto era comodo, il bagno moderno, la macchina del caffè è Lavazza!! La piscina è bellissima e la palestra è fantastica! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Ottimo hotel, siamo stati qui prima di prendere la nostra crociera. Bella area sul tetto e molto pulita ovunque. Solo critiche (che spero possano essere facilmente risolte) - 1. Il personale era inutilmente lento nel bar sul tetto che serviva bevande 2. Il touch screen sui monitor della palestra non sembrava funzionare correttamente, anche una delle macchine da corsa funzionava male

Great hospitality service received

I stayed at the Novotel Hotel for 2 nights with my husband and three month old son. THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL. If you’re looking for a hotel to party and smoke pot, this is the place for you! Do you care about people screaming down the hallway at 4 am? If not, this is the place for you! It’s about 5 blocks removed from everything, so it’s on its own island, so to speak, so if you don’t mind being a spring breaker away from all the action, have at it! If you’re part of a young family, looking for family oriented accommodations, again, NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. I’m currently nursing my 2 month old and when I asked if there was anyway to adjust the temperature of the fridge (it was just colder than room temperature), the staff admitted that the refrigerators are horrible. I then walked down to the lobby to see if they could provide any reasonable accommodations to store pumped breast milk, and the manager avoided eye contact, and told one of the Stacy members that they could give me ice. Management hides behind front line employees. This place is terribly mismanaged and is for the 21-26 crowd that’s looking for a cheap place to crash after a rowdy night out.
