Good morning cordially and for your information I want to tell you, that it has been my worst experience in a hotel in my life, the girls when we arrived yesterday around 7:30 pm were friendly, but the first room they gave us the AC was very noisy , the bathroom was unpleasant, the second room was not much better, it smelled smoke , the bathroom light was broken, we couldn't sleep all night, people banging, slapping doors, the lady with white hair this morning was Very rough and did not pay attention to my complaints, she only gave me a card with your email and told me that she had nothing to do with it, if I had to write a review of your hotel it would be 0. One of the worst ever. Worn out furniture. Sticky floors unclean bath, towels still had their new tags on at least we knew they were clean. Reception had no chairs in it. The receptionist was behind plexiglass with a small hole to greet us.WOW

It looks nice on the outside but this place needs an exterminator quickly before children get bit by the many roaches. My son opened the desk drawer for a pen and thought they were sunflower seeds. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and stern looking. The room reeked of bleach but the floors were dirty in the bathroom. I just wished we would have slept on the airport floor than here. Prices were not cheap either

AVOID AT ALL COST. My friends and I came for spring break and it was terrible. Bugs everywhere, bathroom was moldy, unsafe area, rude staff. Spend the extra money and get a nicer hotel. Also I still have not received my $100 deposit back and the other reviews have said they are scammers.

sticky thread-bare carpet left black soles to socks and bare feet. smelled like ****, no blankets, one sheet, no place for toilet paper, and no tp in room. one towel, stained. skirting on bed shredded. mold on everything. over thirty years of travel- this is the first place i felt like i would be sick in the morning if i stayed.

The service is terrible, the room is horrible, the bathroom is dirty, the hallways are dirty, the ceiling is; The sheets were dirty. I really don't recommend it at all. It doesn't deserve a star.I have photos

We only stayed one of the 3 nights booked due to time constraints that’s why we stayed the first night. We felt unsafe - the room and carpet was dirty and grungy. They refused to give us our money back even though we felt unsafe.

The room was not the cleanest. We were only given 2 towels bath for 3 people and when asking for more, we were told they might not have enough. What kind of hotel can't provide a few more towels for guests? Additionally, we had issues with the water in the shower. Our first 2 days it was ice cold and there was no heat. We had to ask them to fix it twice before it finally was somewhat fixed. Then we only had ice cold water or scalding hot water. I've stayed at cheaper motels that were significantly nicer.
