Hotel Residence Inn a Miami Beach

Once again, we had the pleasure at staying at this brilliant hotel with our family on a recent trip from the UK. after an unpleasant start to our holiday in a previous hotel forcing us to vacate, The hotel manager Andrea and her team made us feel extremely welcome and at home after staying here previously! it's reassuring to know that when you put your trust in someone they deliver the best service without hesitation. [About the hotel] every day the hotel was clean, well presented with cleaning & maintenance staff going above and beyond. we travel regularly and we never have had come a welcoming team taking care of the hotel. the rooftop pool area was excellent with access 24/7 you can relax and enjoy the incredible views across to Miami and surrounding areas. the hotel charges a resort fee which $22 per night, within this you are provided with excellent services including the free shuttle to and from the beach, sun loungers on the beach, bike rentals, free towels to take to the beach and use around the pool, you also receive free bottled water daily throughout your stay. [Location] separate from the hotel, you are a walking distance away from an excellent range of Supermarkets with one opposite, and about a 5 minute walk to both Fresh market & Publix. you also have the option for Several Bars & Restaurants located along Lincoln Rd. we mostly chose to Uber a lot as we visited in august however its nice to know that you have lots of options to walk out if you decide to. [Overall] in my honest opinion, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough, it has the perfect offering for everyone including families travelling long or short distance. couples traveling, or even a solo traveler. we most definitely will be back whenever we are next in Miami.
