Great place, clean rooms, nice staff, rather cheap breakfast for the area! Also good location and overall price value. Only flaw is that it’s missing a kitchen.

房間乾淨、整齊、簡單、人員服務到位，耐心熱情，周邊有大型超市，吃飯做飯樣樣周全。交通更不用説了，聖誕節至年底，巴士、輕軌全免。極力推薦！

Don’t waste your money I have stayed in 100’s of hostels and I would easily say that this hostel is the worst service I have received. My partner and I booked a private room as we were arriving early in the morning. We booked the room for the previous night so when we arrived we could check straight into our room. On arrival the hostel advised us that they marked us as a no show and they could not let us into the room until the check in time of 3pm (this is for night two) they said there was absolutely nothing they could do. We paid $200 aud for this room for the night and they honestly didn’t care. When we were trying to sort it with the two receptionist they asked if we could speak Spanish and we advised we couldn’t so they continued speaking Spanish to each other. I think is extremely rude, it made us feel very uncomfortable. I think this is really poor service, I have never stayed somewhere where you can’t check in the morning when you have paid for the previous night??? Check in on the website states from 3pm onwards it has no 3pm -12am?? At what time do you mark in the system a no show?? Other things to note they only store luggage until 5pm the following day if any longer a 25us charge applies. It feels like a hostel out for your money and not a lot else. I hardly leave reviews, but this one I had to. Try to avoid this place at all costs.

I booked this place because my traveling partner arrived later then me and I needed a place to hold my bag and drink…drinks were delicious by the way…the roll was pretty warm and hand a bad smell. The other girls were nice but ofcourse even if I was planning to stay I would’ve been super unhappy because only top bunks were available! That doesn’t work for me. Other then that it was a great place to hold my bags and no one bothered my belongings.

Plenty of space in the rooms arrangements.

I stayed here on and off for 3 weeks d as I visited other places in Florida, but always came back to here as miami was my base. First of al the staff are all very professional and take an interest in you, the rooms are fairly spacious and clean showers too are good! The location is fantastic you're 5 mins away from the beach and about 10 mins walking to Ocean Drive, Española Way etc. The breakfast is $6 which is reasonable and nice, it used to be free I believe nit not anymore. There’s terrace areas at the front and side of the property were you can chill and talk to other travellers etc. I’d definitely stay here again!

Very minimal staff. Not interested in helping. Big lines to get service. Bathroom was gross. Will not stay there again.
