Non c'è parcheggio e la tariffa del parcheggio accanto è di 50 dollari al giorno La camera d'albergo è ancora grande, ma il bagno è molto piccolo e non c'è un piano di lavoro dove riporre le cose.

I liked everything but it was a little irritating that my room was dirty, the bathroom was also a mess from the moment I came in. I don't recommend it at all. It was the worst disappointment of my life to stay in this hotel. The lobby staff was very rude.

Hotel cancelled booking and tried to move us to a hostel 2 weeks before our trip leaving us scrambling around trying to find a decent hotel . No explanation given for why the Venezia was closed . A hostel ,,, totally inappropriate DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The room we were given was very small , dark Uninviting & not as described in our confirmation with no coffee machine or ritual products , & the lady who checked us in wasn’t accommodating & wasn’t helpful at all, we did get a coffee machine brought to the room eventually, The lovely lady on reception the next morning was so friendly & helpful & was treated so differently from the night before , the breakfast staff were very friendly & helpful felt like a completely different hotel, shame the check in was so different as it would of been a completely different experience,the rooftop area was lovely with a great view .

We stayed at this hotel as it is a little bit cheaper than a lot of the Miami Beach hotels but we weren’t disappointed. The bedroom is quite small but was comfortable and appears to have been recently refurbished. Breakfast which was included in the room rate, was simple (bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, fruit coffee) but was fine for what we needed. All the staff in particular the breakfast staff were very chatty and helpful. An added bonus which I hadn’t realised when making the booking was that included in the room rate are two deck chairs and a parasol on the beach (5 mins walk). All in all a very pleasant stay.

I've stayed at Venezia Hotel on multiple occasions now. It's a quiet gem, hidden in a convenient area, with a short walk to the beach, cafes and Walgreens. The staff is simply AMAZING and that's why I return. Nicole is the greatest asset to this company! The way she handles everything, I thought she was the General Manager of the hotel. Another great Miss Mickie is another great assets and resource! She's so friendly and professional! All of the staff is friendly and helpful and they are this way, consistently. I cannot speak highly enough of the overall hotel, staff and hospitality. This is always a great experience and I look forward to returning. Thank you all!

The desk clerk when we checked in (Sebastian) was terrific! He was personable, very helpful and delightful! There is a lot of construction going on and we called the hotel because our GPS was having no luck finding the hotel. We called and Sebastian gave us easy directions (coming in on 41st, go right on Collins and right on 39th and the hotel is right there). The hotel is on a channel so we had a lovely water view. The decor is a bit funky but OK. Continental breakfast is included (muffins, croissants, bagels, cereal, coffee). The entire hotel is immaculate and it is a very easy 2 block walk to the beach. We enjoyed a lunch at the Bungalow by the Sea in the Cadillac Hotel and a perfect Italian meal at Cafe Avanti (this is a .5 mile walk but easy and so worth it!). We had a few things in our room that weren’t quite right, like a bathroom door that wouldn’t completely close, but all in all we were pleased with the hotel and its location.
