C'è un po' di confusione alla porta. La lobby è relativamente piccola, ma i servizi in camera sono molto completi e ci sono persino delle stecche.

Bella camera grande, silenzioso, colazione meglio delle aspettative, comodo per qualsiasi necessità a south beach, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Personale alla ricezione non sempre empatico.

Hotel is Non ÁDA accessible. Miami mayor Levine investigating Staff not trained. Rooms disgusting. REFUND MY MONEY. Fines set.

Overall it was OK. Check in was smooth. I had a few complaints. Breakfast was very slim and dint have enough food for the guest and no clean tables to sit at for breakfast and the staff for breakfast was not friendly. Also, for some reason they had a kid working there appeared to be with one of the workers and the kid was all over the place and yelling at the top if their lungs, which was very unprofessional to allow their kid there and disturbing the customers. I will not stay there again after these issues.

Was literally way too small for two people. Our view was literally horrible! We were staring at a wall in an ally with construction..

I absolutely loved this hotel. Very quaint, beautiful and peaceful with a great location. Although it’s right in the heart of south beach you don’t hear a lot of the hustle and bustle from the busy streets. I loved the theme, I loved the restaurant-THE CHICKEN PARMIGIANA was some of the best I’ve ever had and the on-site bar was excellent as well. The rooms were very clean and everything was just so well placed together and beautifully decorated. I stayed here for five days on vacation and I think I’ve found my new hotel to frequent when in the area. The Marlin is walking distance to so many other cool places and restaurants so you don’t have to Uber or worry about transportation much unless you want to go downtown Miami or something of the sort. I was able to walk to everything I needed within a half mile or so. The beach is literally like a 7 to 10 minute walk and they provide beach bags, towels and beach chairs. Alex the owner was pretty humble and pleasant along with the rest of the staff. Guys this is definitely a hotel to visit, I loved it.

They would not allow us to enter the room and leaving notes with other people. The room wasn’t ready at the scheduled time.
