Non vale una stella!!! Attenzione Un escalation di eventi inaccettabili: Giunti in hotel stanchi dopo un lungo volo,veniamo accolti da un ragazzino inesperto e solo che ci addebita sulla carta di credito circa 500 usd in più rispetto alla tariffa di Bonvoy,si scusa e ci dice che farà lo storno il giorno successivo. Nessun valet e nessun butler per prendere i bagagli. Chiediamo di fare un room service e scioccati ci viene risposto di chiamare Uber eat perché dopo le 11 pm non ci sono ne ristoranti ne room service. Ci offre dell acqua. La camera assolutamente anonima e non pulita. Viene fatto notare a chi di dovere che sarebbe il caso di fare un deep cleaning e il giorno dopo, quasi a spregio, non solo la camera e ugualmente sporca ma oltretutto la domestica , fattole notare la scarsa pulizia, manda candidamente a quel paese mia moglie!!!! Inaccettabile! Allucinante e mai accaduto!!! Di contro i ragazzi alla concierge estremamente utili e professionali e in ultimo anche il duty manager che per scusarsi dell accaduto ci ha offerto dello champagne e una notte free of charge per rimediare. Purtroppo però non è accettabile e rimango del mio parere che questo hotel è assolutamente da EVITARE. Riceviamo gli indumenti che avevo mandato in lavanderia (2 camicie e un jeans , per i quali mi vengono addebitati 100 dollari!!!! ) I jeans erano completamente bagnati e le camicie ancora macchiate . Tutto questo è inaccettabile. L’albergo in questione è sabotato dal personale.

Buyer beware! It's great that you can pay at the property and all, but the one thing Kimpton Palomar does not tell you in the fine print is that when you give them your CC for ”Authorization” you are actually giving the property the right to charge you when they want, how they want, the amount they want without your knowledge. Upon checking-in, the incompetent receptionist by the name of Daniela failed to inform me that 60% of the security deposit has already been charged to the CC on file and that the balance of the security deposit would be charged immediately after checking in. Afterward, I was charged the full amount of the 3 night stay and asked for the security deposit ($150 per night, totaling $450!) Since I travel often, I always put any security deposits in a separate CC as I know these amounts can take sometimes take weeks to be released back to the card. At this point, the incompetent Daniela should have realized that the security deposit had already been charged, but she insisted on a form of payment. I did as I was instructed and went on my way to the room. A pro-tip: Alway video the room the way you find it so that when the mystery charges appear on your bill, you have proof that you did not do/use/consumed what they claim you did. After arriving in the room, I decided to check my account to make sure the correct payment was charged. To my surprise, I have been charged the security deposit (split into two uneven payments) and the full cost of the room for my entire stay, along with the full security deposit of $450 to my other CC. I went to the lobby where Daniela quickly handed me over the manager on duty, Vinny. Since I am bilingual, I spoke to Vinny in English. He did not realize I understood Spanish, and began asking Daniella what she did wrong and why she did the transaction the way she did. I finally entered the conversation in Spanish and Daniella removed herself and began ”helping” another guest. Vinny took the time to explain the error that Daniela made but never apologized. Daniela in-turn, gives me a side-ways ”I'm Sorry” and goes on her way. After a 10 minute discussion about policies, authorizations, payment, security deposits, etc, Vinny gave me a full refund of the Room Charges and additional security deposit so we can start all over and only pay the room charge. Unfortunately, the ”refund of the Authorization” did not reverse immediately...it took 8 business day for that to occur. I decided to let the refund post onto my account and give it a day. The following day, I see that I am now being charged by the night (since they have my CC on file and can do what they want with it) but the refund is nowhere in sight. I once again speak with Vinny and he tells me that he fixed the mistakes of others and that it is up to the financial institution now and I should contact them directly. I told him I had already spoken with my financial institution and they told me it is up to the merchant to release the refund. I re

Non quello che dice sul tin. Tutte le foto sembrano grandi. Lampade, spaziose e pulite. Questo posto non è uno di loro. Abbiamo detto che hanno solo 2 camere che hanno qualsiasi tipo di vista, quindi essenzialmente la maggior parte dell'hotel è una grotta con vista di un muro. Il mio peccato per non controllare il parcheggio, ma questo posto non ha nessuno. Parcheggio pubblico è vicino, ma costoso. 3° hotel ho soggiornato nella zona di Miami Beach e facilmente il peggio. Non consiglierei

Se si cerca un posto nel centro di Miami, questo ostello è il migliore. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 5 minuti a piedi dai centri e ristoranti. Il posto è molto pacchetto con viaggiatori soli, il prezzo è buono. Acqua calda tutto il tempo, AC nelle camere, bagno molto pulito e camere. La cucina è abbastanza piccola per il grande numero di ospiti. ma pulita e pratica. Le telecamere sono ovunque. Sono seduti all'interno e all'aperto. Sarei venuto di nuovo, ma forse prenotare una camera doppia, invece di condividere, a causa del numero di ospiti. Non c'è privacy in alcun modo. Ma diversamente che è molto pratico - 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. Aggiungo una cosa importante: la barriera linguistica. Prima di tutto parlano spagnolo, quindi ricordatelo, e venite pronti. In sintesi, l'albero era molto pratico e io sarei tornato .

La seconda volta che sono rimasto in un posto sbagliato, ho preso la mia prenotazione e l'ho trovata dopo l'alloggio.Il personale mi ha aiutato con entusiasmo a cambiare la stanza e mi ha confortato. Perché è tornato tardi a Miami Beach, dopo il pranzo, pensavo che non potessi mangiare, e la cucina ha lasciato la cena agli ospiti che tornavano tardi, molto in movimento.

Situazione fantastica a Miami Beach. Grandi prezzi di qualità. La stanza è semplice con tutto quello che ti serve, tranne l'acqua gratuita. Il personale è stato bello e utile. La stanza non è molto forte.
