first the hotel bed was very dirty, and we only managed to find out at late night before we sleep .
Second, the hotel staff is very “friendly “ we go for the hotel shuttle bus , the first bus only have 1 seat left, so we just wait for the second one , when the same driver comeback, he only take the aircrew rejected us on the bus , even know he know we have been waiting for one bus and he know then will be aircrew on the second(because the crew is waiting seen the first bus )
So just go for bus number 10 if you are catching any flight , coz city bus none gone kick you off the bus .
Last , we book the hotel with trip.com and I make a mistake with the date , checkin staff as me to contact the agent , so they can amend of cancel the wrong one , which I have do and I have ask the check in staff should I go for cancel and book a new booking , and staff say yes . But somehow I follow up with the travel agent , they say the hotel refused to cancel my wrong booking .
Clearly the hotel staff have zero communication between they self .
If the hotel none gone cancel my booking just tell me at day one , coz same amount I pay on the day , can get me a batter hotel , I have no point to book it Hotel if you none refund .
