Very nice hotel with a great location and atmosphere. The hotel has recently been renovated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very professional and friendly. They have a nice yard where we enjoyed drinks. The parking garage also worked smoothly.

The hotel is modern and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. The rooms are stylishly decorated and quiet. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would come here again. The hotel left a positive impression as a pleasant surprise.

Pretty nice hotel with great shower and good breakfast. It was a bit loud in the early morning hours (around 4:00) but there are a number of bars and nightclubs in the surrounding area so this wasn't surprising. Would stay again if I were in the area.

Wonderful interior all over the hotel (great photo opportunities), spacious rooms incl. bath room. Wonderful view of the harbour. Great service From ALL staff, and last, but not least, exquisite bed comfort. Easy parking. If you go to Flensburg, this is the place 👍🏻

We have stayed a couple of times previously at Hotel Hafen and always find it clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a pleasant bar and restaurant which is also where the delicious breakfast buffet happens. There is both indoor and outdoor parking. The hotel is a short walk from the main shopping area in Flensburg and there are plenty of restaurants close by. This visit we were lucky to be upgraded to a large room with a lovely view over the harbour.

This a well keept and nice hotel Service is in top Rooms are super nice and clean The location is very central in walking distance for bars and restraurants Breakfadt is good, even it is crowded in the mid morning. There is on site parking , get there early to get a spot

I stayed in a room with two twin beds punched together. It came with two twin-sized comforters, an assortment of pillows, and a throw blanket. The room faced the courtyard which limited privacy but was still very nice. These are my highlights: - heated bathroom floors are a luxury - sauna is very clean, modern, and comfortable. There is a shower room, a small sauna room, a place to hang your towels (with towels there to grab if you don’t have one with you), and a room with lounge chairs to sit and relax with blankets, water, and magazines. - The front desk staff was very, very friendly, professional, and helpful. - Location-wise you can’t get much better if you want to be close to the shopping district and the waterfront. These are my lowlights: - I got a massage that was reasonable in price but mediocre in quality. - The free initial minibar stocking seems to be a selling point for them. This is what is included: • A bottle of local Flensburg Beer • A bottle of coke • A bottle of sparkling water • A bottle of orange juice Unless you can enjoy a beer, this is extremely underwhelming. Overall, I would go back for a special occasion, but not for a holiday.

Be aware, when booking through ********** picture shows room “Briggs” has a balcony. The room they gave us had no balcony. No description on ********** explains that the rooms are different in size and design, and not all has balcony.

Perfect located hotel, good standard (and better) although I had experienced that temperature regulation in hotel Room was inadequate during my stay. Well organized, clean Roms, perfect reception, adequate breakfast, parking available, minutes from main street. Definitely a hotel to be recomended (I use it frequently and will continue to do so).
