Il servizio è stato eccellente, sono arrivato alle 5 del mattino da Singapore e, sebbene non ci fosse una camera disponibile per il check-in anticipato, il personale è stato gentile e disponibile nell'offrirmi la colazione gratuita. E sapendo che ero stanco dal viaggio, mi hanno dato la camera il prima possibile. La camera è fantastica, la colazione è fantastica, lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque venga a Città del Messico.

L'hotel sembrava un po' angusto, ma il cibo e le bevande inclusi offerti dal bar aperto 24 ore su 24 ne hanno giustificato la pena. La posizione è centrale, ma il quartiere è un po' triste.

Pro: Servizio gratuito, personale del ristorante molto professionale e cordiale. Contro: La camera era estremamente piccola! Così piccola che non si riusciva a camminare una volta aperta la valigia. Anche l'ingresso era molto piccolo. Il personale addetto alle pulizie ha messo le pantofole sotto il letto. Il personale addetto alle pulizie ha sistemato le mie cose in cassetti e armadi diversi senza preavviso, costringendomi a cercare ovunque. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno di un giorno e mi hanno chiamato per dirmi di preparare i bagagli e cambiare camera. Dato che ero in un altro stato, ho chiamato per chiedere il motivo e se si trattasse di una tipologia di camera diversa. Mi hanno risposto che era la stessa tipologia perché altre persone avevano soggiornato nella mia stanza. Non riuscivo a capirlo. Quando sono arrivato in hotel quella sera, ho chiesto di nuovo alla reception e mi hanno spiegato che la tipologia di camera era diversa. Mi hanno detto che al momento alloggiavamo in una "camera deluxe", mentre io avevo prolungato il soggiorno in una "camera standard" e, poiché non ci eravamo trasferiti, dovevamo pagare la differenza. Ci sono camere ancora più piccole di questa? Dovrei salire e scendere? Inoltre, l'interfaccia di prenotazione di Ctrip mostrava solo tipologie di camere singole e doppie; non menzionava mai "deluxe" o "standard". Gli hotel con servizi simili in centro sono molto più economici. Oppure ci sono hotel di fascia molto più alta allo stesso prezzo. Sebbene i servizi a valore aggiunto del ristorante fossero discreti, la differenza di prezzo lo rendeva comunque antieconomico. Anche i seguenti hotel si sono rivelati problematici, con problemi derivanti dalle valutazioni degli hotel esteri di Ctrip.

What a lovely stay at a historical building with class and great service. Free meals 24/7 was unbelievable! Free local walking tour everyday at 9 am. Though small number of rooms, it was cozy and personal. It was very close to a walking street for shopping and food. Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! We love the service and the 24 hour free drinks and sandwiches from the coffee shop! We also had a welcome drink of tequila (and juice for our kids!) super recommended! The hotel is very clean!

The hotel location is perfect. It is central in historical center, walking to any attractions in historical center only takes less than 10 minutes. Just next to the pedestrian walking street, but very quiet at night. Hotel provides bottled water and apples. Breakfast is delicious. Hotel staff is courteous and very helpful.

The hotel provided wonderful service throughout my stay. I became quite ill during my visit, and the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The café’s service, along with the fresh fruit and food offerings, was excellent and very much appreciated. The rooms are somewhat small. The bed is comfortable for one person, but it may feel a bit tight for two. It would also have been nice if the rooms were equipped with a kettle to heat water for tea.

The best hotel I could have chosen. Extremely well located, our reservation included breakfast, which was a FULL breakfast. Also the reservation included 24/7 access to their Cafe Historico where you could get coffee hot chocolate, pastries, light sandwiches, salads...awesome. Free bottled water all the time as many as you want. Rooms are somewhat small but incredibly clean and enough to charge batteries to continue with your trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved this hotel. Great location to be in Centro. Offered free coffee at the cafe and walking tour with our booking. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Service was perfect. Hotel was beautiful and little touches like the free bottled water fridge on each floor makes a huge difference in amenities. I would choose this hotel every time. Only downside is having to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance but there’s no way to book it other than calling the hotel which is a hassle/burden for a lot of overseas travelers.

Very clean and the team was very hospitable. The location is great for centro.
