The service was good and, the buffet was amazing. It’s a bit far from the city and attraction sites.

It is NOT worth paying 80 USD to this hotel per day per person. There is nothing of service except a bed at this hotel. There is not cofee machine in the room. Dining room seems like a custody. However, the reception is welcoming and helpful. Overall, I do NOT recommend to waste your money staying at this hotel. Nearby are a lot of cheap ones.

Everything was clean when we arrived, everything as well in its place, service and some of the staff were really nice.

Horrible booking practices. We arrived and were told our reservation had been cancelled two hours prior due to errors in our booking information but we used the exact same information to book a different hotel. We were told we received an email notice but we didn’t receive anything. I had even called ahead to confirm the booking. The front desk staff was very indifferent and told us the hotel was fully booked. Based on other reviews, this is a common practice they do. Same script too.

Great place to stay. Safe and a very convenient location.

Although the location is good- the street that it’s on feels very unsafe with folks experiencing homelessness and livings in tents. We were advised not to walk at night because violence has risen in this part of town. Additionally,we reserved a crib and they didn’t have it readily available for us on our first night so we ended up having to place the mattress on the floor and had a sleepless night with our 1 year old crying all night. Breakfast only has 4 tables available so people from our group had to wait for a table to be open to be seated. We decided to go to a restaurant near by instead. The rooms also had a moldy smell, lack natural light, and noisy at night. We were a family of 6 with 2 little ones and reserved 3 hotel rooms. Will not be staying here again and do not recommend.

They gave me a different room from the one that i paid for. I paid for the Deluxe double room with extra-large bed and they gave me the regular room. They excused themselves saying ******* tend to use the same pictures for reference in all their option rooms, which i think its unprofessional. Because i clearly didnt pay for the cheapest one. Taking that aside, nice location, the room was quiet and clean.

This place is awesome I would definitely recommend to anyone who plans on visiting the city

Nice hotel. Worth the price. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Stayed a night there it was convenient and very close for a walk along la reforma. The rooms are small but sufficient. It was good for one night with a good bed. I did not have breakfast there.

Hotel is good but did not offer the Gold Member benefits through Hotels membership. Did not give late check out neither room upgrade. Overall it was okay.
